it is not possible to use lockers outside the room without making a noise. idk why the lockers are so noisy to open or close, but it can wake you up at night. also would be great to have some kind of a table next to lockers that can be used to sort things out of the baggage instead of doing it on the floor.

The bathroom waant very clean, and needing to put the bed shits myself+take them down at check-out was unconvinient (as I did the check out very early I woke up the girls in my room). But othee than that- It was a good stay.

The hostel situated 10 minutes walk from the train station, which was great, the check-in/out were fast and the breakfast was really good.

Allocated the top bunk. As a middle aged big person it was a challenge climbing to the bed.

Lockers for the dorms were in the corridor rather than inside the rooms. There was only 1 available toilet in each communal bathroom and keycards would only allow access to the bathroom on 1 floor. Breakfast was mostly meat and dairy products. Plant based milk was available, but you had to ask a staff member to get this for you and there was not always a member of staff in the dining area.

Relatively cheap accommodation close to Cornavin train station. Easy to get to from Geneva airport. Located near the lake, with good restaurants options nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Not the most comfortable bed, found the building very echoey so could always hear noise and doors slamming at night.

Excellent value for money with breakfast and transport card included, good location near transport links and lots of restaurants nearby. Nice common areas and luggage storage and plug adaptors to hire were very useful.

Hygiene in the room and bathroom could be checked more frequently in my opinion but I understand it's not fully in their control and is dependent on your cohabiters.

Centrally located, and very helpful staff.... Highly recommended if you are tight on budget as Geneva can be cruel on your wallet.

Everything was perfect and we have been told we could have our breakfast as a take way, which was so nice of you guys, which you don't get this offer somewhere else and it would be fantastic if you would allow a cup of coffee which sometimes can be more than a break fast for some people thank you! 😊

Just to say something, check-in at certain times could be harsh/long due to the long queue of people coming at the same time. Anyway, staff is very professional and they try to work as fast as they can in order not to make guests wait.

Great building, rooms are big and confortable beds. Price and value are incredible. Plenty of options in the breakfast as well. Staff was very friendly.

There was no good ventilation in our room so there was some smell. My locker was next to the bathroom door so I got punched when someone left the bathroom and I was organizing my things.

Hostel location is great, near train and bus station and the city center. The breakfast was very complete and as the last day I had to leave before it was served, they gave me a breakfast box to go, which I really enjoyed. The bathrooms were very comfortable to shower and change. The lockers were safe.

the wifi was very bad at reception and pretty much nonexistent in the room. you also had to access it with a code that they give you when checking in, so as soon as you checked out you can’t use it anymore, which I found very stupid. at every other hostel I’ve been around europe you can access the wifi even after checking out if you need it to figure out what you’re doing next, and especially in Switzerland where roaming costs a fortune
