The walls between rooms were rather thin. I could hear full conversations from the next room.

It should be cleaned more often, and quiet hours should be enforced. It was way too crowded and loud even after midnight and before 7 am, with people having conversations in the hall which woke me up several times, or people coming in in those hours and turning on the light, talking and making noise.

Breakfast: wide variety of choice, filling. Facilities: coffee area, study area, full kitchen, eating area, computer area... makes a longer stay more comfortable. Location: very close to the tram and main buses, and walking distance to a lot of the main destinations.

We got suffocated in the hostel room. There wasn’t minimal air conditioning. We had to open the windows for the air circulation. The charging sockets were customised and we were asked to take the adapters at the reception paying deposit. But there were inadequate adapters and we ended up charging our phones at the reception.

We liked the lockers system and the safety of the hostel. loved the breakfast too.

There should be more people in the reception since it gets busy at some point and sometimes I had a simple question and and to make a line.

Laundry was a huge pain. They have a complicated system that involves waiting in line at the front desk to buy a 30 CHF smartcard to do the laundry (which costs 10CHF) and then you have to go back to the front desk to get your 20 CHF deposit back. Also one of the receptionists was very rude, from the moment we checked in.

Very professionally run hostel, great location, good common areas and the coffee was excellent.

The last night every door up to my room was open. We had people in our room that weren't staying at the hostel. One enquired whether he could stay there. In fact the door to the rooms which required a key card was very often propped open, sometimes late at night. Daunting queues at the desk since there was only one staffer at a time.

A nice location close to the lake and a tram station. Helpful staff. Good family atmosphere and nice breakfast.

Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, well maintained facilities, good main area, decent wi-fi, close to tram and bus line. Visitors are provided with free transport card within the city.

The hostel is huge and not so cozy in my opinion. Lockers are outside the room.

Clean hostel in walking distance to central train station. Breakfast is fine and what you would expect for a cheap price. Easy check in and out.

Everybody receives a personal code to access WiFi but expires at 11am, check out time

Very clean place, close to the lake. Breakfast is offered. Very organised. Its like being at university. They offered a transport card which was very convenient since I was in Geneva for one day and didn't have to get Swiss francs The room was spacious.

The demand is bigger than the number of people working at the reception, so many times I saw lines there. Wi-fi is not so good.

Location is very nice, the room is ok, good automatic lock out of the room.
