The public bathroom is not clean

They provide free breakfast and bedding. You have nothing to complain due to the room rate. Geneva Hotel's room rate is a half or a third of other hotels.

I had to be up early so I went to bed at 10 with an empty room and all 5 of the beds filled up in the next two hours. Would have liked to be placed in a room with people who were checking in earlier than 10 pm so I wouldn’t be woken up every 20 minutes to a new person coming into the room.

Location was amazing. The access to transportation was AMAZING and so so helpful. Staff was wonderful, the room and facilities were clean. My bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Loved having a light and charging port at each bed.

The washroom and the breakfast were sub-standard in my view. They can do better than this.

The facility is generally clean, especially the common areas are kept clean. The rooms are not very clean. The washroom I used was really not the best. I think but for the high cost of accommodation in Geneva, this hostel would have been poorly rated. The beds in the rooms are not comfortable at all, and the breakfast is sub-standard.

The rooms are uncomfortably warm (25+ degrees in mid May). Not enough power outlets in common areas.

The hostel is in close reach from the train station and we’ll served by public transportation. The staff is very friendly and polite. The breakfast is simple but convenient. Toilets and showers are split by gender, simple and clean. Lockers are available to store luggage on departure day.

My bedside light wasn’t functioning so I didn’t have my personal lights when it was lights off for the room.

the bed could be attached to the wall as I was scared a couple of times it would fall down when I moved up the stairs. some fresh air in the bathrooms apart from those minor things I was super happy here

it was super close to the lake, a lot of space and common rooms, the breakfast was delicious and included as well as public transport during the day. The receptionist was extremely friendly and I felt really comfortable in this Hostel.

Staff looked after us well. We had a super private room with a terrace and view over the lake. The beds are not very comrortable, but it is a youth hostel! Breakfast was good. The hostel is close to the city centre and restaurants but not the old town. For a youth hostel it was impressive.

There was no AC. It was very hot in the room. The hostel was pretty central to everything. Most hotels/hostels give a transportation card which is great. The people who stayed in my room were pretty loud.

There was no AC in 28 Degree temperature, not even a fan, secondly, windows were open at night and the guests were talking so loud that you can’t even sleep peacefully in your room.

It reminded me of a school inside. It doesn’t feel as cosy as other hostels because it is so big. There’s close to 100 rooms

It felt very well organised and everything ran smoothly. There is a kitchen (though it’s labelled “picnic area” for some reason). Breakfast is limited but ok given that it’s free. Lockers are included in the price.
