Good location to start exploring the city, also close to the train station. Very good buffet breakfast, big dining area. Comfy beds, clean bathrooms, spacious. Nice, modern decor. Free drinking water. I would come back to this hostel. You get a free transport voucher during your stay in this hostel so you can easily explore Geneva city. I was staying only one night in this hostel but I loved it. Next day I went to Lausanne by train so the location of the hostel was very convenient as the train station was close

Water pressure was not fabulous (6th floor) but apart from that it was a great stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a safe area and I thought it was a great location.

Not enough showers. Having to make own bed. Didn’t find much communal space

Individual bed lights and lockers outside of room so a bit quieter. Only in a 6 man dorm rather than the 12 I thought I was getting. Good breakfast

One gripe.. Having to put the covers on the bed - difficult with other people in a small room but I suppose there's no other way to do it with so many people. The beds were comfortable I thought.

Good location a few minutes from the station. The staff are efficient and the hostel is clean and has a communal and dining area. The breakfast was very good I thought. Well layed out and a decent offering.

It happened to be noisy renovation and one lift not working, so somewhat uncomfortable.

One lift was out of order, so the other was always in use. Maybe check ahead if you're a wheelchair user or have lots of heavy luggage?

Very clean, quiet. Good sized locker outside the room. Tasty, reasonably priced food. Convenient location. Friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Only stayed here one night, we arrived very late (past midnight). The location and breakfast were top!! Good location, easily accessible by foot or public transport, the lake is less than 5 minutes from the hostel. Staff was very kind and helpful, vast breakfast options, the facility was clean.

The lockers were outside of the room which is so not convenient, also you can only use your own floor's toilet but there is only one toilet, so when someone is using for a long time, I could not use it, and the staff was not very nice, you even have to pay for luggage storage, which is normally a free service provided by the hostel

The common area is spacious, and the cafeteria and breakfast is unexpectedly good

Checking in was too slow. I told them but they do not seem to want to listen. It should not take more than 4 minutes when it takes more than 10. With so many guests, this can become an issue, especially with people traveling for hours to reach the destination. I hope they will manage to work it out. Otherwise very satisfied.

Laundry is accessible only when paid in cash (due to 20CHF deposit policy). This is rather outdated. It's 2024, electronic return of deposit is possible at payment terminals these days. Requesting the hostel to update their policy and possibly payment terminals too.

No vegan options for breakfast except for jam. There is one electric outlet on the six bed bedroom. You cannot charge your phone outside of the bedroom. If you sleep on the top bed there is no place to put your phone.
