The neighborhood is not one of the best of Geneva but I guess that's the compromise of being close to the train station.

The position is great! Very close to the lake and the train station. Bathrooms were very clean and the breakfast area very well organized.

The staff is friendly. The information is clear that I can get there soon. Besides, I got my Geneva Card before arrival. The room is very clean and comfortable and I can cook in a kitchen. This is the second time I stay here. They provide me a bigger and nicer room. Thank you so much.

Rooms were quite hot so a central cooling system would be great.

The staff were great and for a hostel, the facilities were excellent. Very clean, personal security lockers were very large, and genrally it was great.

It was very hot when we stayed in July and there was no where in the hostel to cool down. The rooms were so hot, you were sweating just sitting there and horrible at night. The common areas were no better.

The hostel is in a good location, close to the train station and lake. Would only recommend for short stays.

There were no elevators where I stayed. It might be difficult for people who have big baggage.

The Toilets, basin and shower were not clean. The sanitary fixtures very old and some of them didn't work. Since it was very hot when i went there, there was no AC in the room it was hot, we had to open the window and we couldn't sleep the whole night because of the street noise.

Location is really good very central. The value of Money is good for the average prices in Geneva The staff are really friendly The breakfast is good, a lot of variety

Upon arrival, there was no one at the reception, so I had to wait half an hour for check-in. Lockers are located outside the rooms, it would be more convenient if they were next to the beds.

Breakfast was repetitive and not great, but everything else was lovely. The desk service was very nice and polite. I stayed for 4 nights and the person I spoke with allowed me to store my luggage for free because I was there long enough.

Bathroom without curtain which makes the floor wet. Kitchen isn't well equipped, can't find cup, bowl.... there's no fridge for travellers. Hostel is not good at details.

Soon as you checked out Staff didn’t let you store luggage told no spaces Available but then let new arrivals and we’re allowed which Is devaluing. On your floor only one shower, toilet to be be shared by all males or females. weren’t able to use toilets, showers on other floors

Nothing! Worth noting that the hostel does seem to have a lot of school trips stay there, so there are a lot of teens & children around. I had no issue with noise or anything, but the bathroom can get crowded!

Great hostel! Helpful dtaff, comfy dorm beds, rooms are clean and spacious with big windows. Each bed also has its own plug and usb sockets and light, and a locker outside the room assigned to your keycard. Showers are good, bathrooms are clean. Buffet breakfast with lots of options. Location is fab, 5 mins from Lake Geneva, 10 min walk frm the train station.
