The bathroom fittings are a bit dated and a shower curtain is out of keeping with the rest of the room. It is a shame that the restaurant has ceased operation.

Excellent location and exceptionally helpful staff. Rooms are a good size and not cluttered. Furniture is good rather than oppulent. Breakfast is excellent.

There was a big bunch of hair attached to bathroom’s wall which was not pleasant to see but because the walls been dark probably the cleaners haven’t noticed that except than that other things were clean. Breakfast could be better

The Wifi password is quite complicated which require to register our mobile number . We have no local mobile number so end up cannot use the free Wifi . Normally free Wifi is only need the password from hotel then is done. The coffee machine need to change to new one coz it is too old that we find it quite difficult to do coffee and end up we cannot drink coffee in room .

We booked 3 rooms: due to the air conditioning leaking water, one room needs to be switched, and in the other room, we need to use a towel to catch the dripping water. The log in procedure of the WiFi is complicated and we hope the hotel should simply it

My room was very tiny. And my view to other windows..I don’t like it. And furniture was too old.

I like very much that location! Very comfortable place for walking and running in the morning around. I like also a breakfast! So delicious😋 Thank you for restaurant staff in the breakfast time.

The sink and bathtubs are clogged, water goes away slowly. Had Internet issue with the WIFI during the stay, the reception is kind and actively calling the network carrier, but still can’t connect to WiFi whole day.

Something that they might want to just double-check would be the coffee machines in the room, given that is an amenity most people might not use, I tried the one in my room and the coffee kept coming out from the wrong places

Excellent hotel! Clean and comfortable room/bed. Decoration of the room is still a little "old" style but it goes with the place's vibe. The breakfast is continental style, super complete and with incredibly nice staff always paying attention so food is always hot and available. The room itself is spacious, and clean, and super neat bathroom.

The room was smelly. Ours had a shower on the wrong wall which lead to the whole bathroom being flooded when taking a shower-nearing slipping in the bathroom. The AC made a lot of noise. Very few plug points for charging phones. There was no kettle but we got it when asked. If you are in and out of Zurich this is fine but it wasn’t a comfortable stay.

The location is fantastic, couldn’t get better. Good breakfast for vegetarians too. The staff at the reception are great.

The room key was very heavy, it's not a big deal as you can leave it at reception when heading out for the day but unusual to still have room keys instead of key cards. Also the room decor was a bit dated.

really enjoyed our stay at the Glarnischhof Trinity Hotel. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also amazing, had such a big selection from cereals, hot food, pastries, pancakes, bead ham and cheese. There was something for everyone's tastes.

GREAT breakfast, large hotel room with high ceiling, fun location. Updated bathroom. Just outside of city center but not right in the middle of it, so quieter. About 20 mins walk from Zurich HB train station).

Expected more from a 4star hotel, especially the facility. I would rate the hotel 3* or 3* plus. the Gym is outside the building and you need to pay for it. The staff needs more training on customer service.

The location of the hotel is central location in the business centre and near to the Bahnhhoffstr. Breakfast is simple, good variety but not waaaw. I liked the furniture of the restaurant. The hotel furniture is kind of very good.
