Room was quite small with a 140 cm (instead of standard 160 cm) wide double bed. If you're tall or "overweight"...not easy to sleep, especially since one side is stuck to a wall. Aeration in bathroom quite noisy. Room was over heated for us...but did not see how to bring the temperature down. No parking for cars, need to park at Rathaus parking (CHF 14.00 per day).

What brought us here is the affordable rate compared to Swiss standards. Obviously we wre not staying in high season...so the prices were down,. Hotel is well furnished, with a great inside swimming pool at good temperature (would estimate 29C) ...excellent buffest breakfast, WIFI ok. Coffee (Nestcafé) + tea + water free of charge in room. Short walking distance to almost everything.

The children of the people in the next room were noisy in the evening and morning. And in the bathroom, a large spider came out near the bathtub.

The location was good and the staff were friendly. The room was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was delicious.

Nothing to dry swimsuits and bathrobes, it will be better with cloth dryer in the room.

The hotel was good. Bed kingsize, the room is clean and comfortable. View is excellent. Swimming pool and sauna open 24 hours. So you can go in sauna or swimming any time. Swimming pool is not small, there is enough space for swimming.

Unfortunately there is not parking in property, so we used the public ones, but as the streets are under renovation it was quite dificult to reach them. One thing I would improve is the tables of the apartment, they are quite old and damaged.

Location is quite good. Very good breakfast and the staff is very friendly. Having a pool and sauna is a plus.

It's a very small point, but the welcome drink voucher expired at 18h00. Why? Just when you finish a day's hike and want a drink, it expires!! But very nice lady behind the bar still served us at 18h15.

The Pool!! What a bonus after a long day's hike. I didn't have the breakfast as CHF18 is very expensive when you just want a yoghurt and a cup of tea ;-) But my friends said it was excellent. Overnight parking at the Rathaus was rather expensive (CHF17) but being a pedestrian village, that's one of Leukerbad's problems. We were also given a bottle of wine on departure which was a nice touch.

The room was confortable and the staff at the reception was very friendly and helped with a lot of Information. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice view from the windows. The indoor pool and sauna area was also clean and nice.

Could have had another pillow in the wardrobe so you could change. But this is really a tiny detail.

We loved the staff who were all really friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and excellent value. We had a welcome drink with views over the mountain and a leaving gift as well. They even offered a little discount towards the minibar which was really appreciated and we will certainly be booking this hotel again.

Bed and pillow were not the most comfortable but it was fine :)

The pool was great! Kids loved it cause it was warm. The view from the room was fantastic. Location perfect to go to thermal baths or on our hikes. Breakfast was good but a bit expensive (if not already included in your rate, 18chf). Staff very friendly and helpful.

Overall cozy and nice hotel but needs renovation. Some of the rooms partially renovated. The personnel super pleasant and multilingual that helps a lot. Beautiful and stylish restaurant with tasty food. Big and sunny breakfast room with a stunning view.
