The property was located in the heart of the city. The service and hospitality of the hotel was outstanding. The most special things about the hotel is that it caters the need of every guest, we requested them addition of grill chicken sandwich in breakfast menu and they adjusted it the next day and until we stayed in the hotel 😊 As we were on our honeymoon, they also upgraded our room complimentary which made our stay more comfortable. Hence, much recommended.

Loved everything about it. Loved the view from the rooftop, comfort of the beds, the breakfast buffet, the ability to get food from the bar area, and the closeness of a good restaurant, plus easy to get down to the waterfront. The staff were patient, friendly, and very helpful.

The breakfast had limited vegan options: just fruit and bread among the solid foods. It would have been nice to have a more varied breakfast with more plant-based options like tofu, nut butters, etc.

Great location, walkable distance to the city center and easy to reach by car from the highway. Cosy and spacious room. Exceptional room service and generally very cordial staff. Very attentive to details. Plenty of free parking spaces and also an underground garage. The restaurant was also great with plenty of enticing choices.

The male reception staff were also unwelcoming. They gave me one discount card for the train and then gave me and the other person with me two cards. They were unwelcoming and unstaffed. They seemed to be busy with more important things than us. They did not give us the attention we needed. I also asked the breakfast restaurant employee for hot milk. He brought it to me while I was holding two cups in my hand. How do I carry it while I am holding two cups of water? Is it necessary to bring it to him at my dining table? His face was frowning and nervous. He did not pay attention to me and passed by me in a nervous and angry manner. When I left the restaurant, he saw me and would not say goodbye. He pretended that he was busy, but he was not. I hope he would take a course on how to deal with customers with quality, distinction, warmth, welcome, and happiness. He should have a cheerful face and not be racist in dealing with customers.
