Denmarkthe windows are impossible to be opened in the suit room in the street side, meant no air inside the room. the small fan was provided but it was too short and small. The floor was dirty and were many uncleaned space on the floor area. the price was no value to compare with the room type.

MaltaI was not provided with the magnet to open the street level door and had to sneak-into the common area with neighbours as coincidently they arrived at the time I was trying to figure out why the door was not opening. When I called the emergency number, the host asked me whether I had 2 magnets - I was only provided with 1. The host then said that the technician was needed on the following day to solve the issue, and that for the first day I should request access from the food take away downstairs. The technician never showed up or resolved the issue and it wasn't nice to have to request the common area access each time during the three days I was there. - Basically I was ignored. The smell from the food places/restaurants downstairs.
Good sized room and comfy bed having a topper over two side by side mattresses. Located not far from the central station with plenty of shops in the same street. Ideal for those who are looking to be within the busy nightlife.

LatviaAs it was studio apartment with no daily room service, and staying for 4 nights, I wish there were cleaning things to clean the floor, also, no handsoap was available (just small hair and body wash for ~ 2 times). Salt, peper, oil would be great to have as there was small kirchen in the studio. No electric kettle was there, so It was difficult to boil watter for coffee/tea. It was loud at day and night time with noises from street if the window was slightly open. No noises inside the building. But bathroom was great, spacious, and I slept very well. Also an option to iron clothes was great to have. Not the best stay, but was ok overall.

DenmarkThis was my third-time bookings here. I would not recommend guests to stay on the street side nor the suit room because 1. the windows can not be opened for security reasons. So, I could not breathe and needed to call customer service to send the technician to turn on the ventilator. I did not feel gentle air come through the ventilation channel into my room at night, except for the air from the ventilation in the bathroom - I needed to switch on the light at night. Logically, the property provides the kitchenettes; then the windows could be opened somehow. Otherwise, guests need to smell the cooking of the food in the room without a chance to change the air inside the room. It does not make sense. 2. The floor of suit room was filthy with partial cleaning on the floor. I saw the areas where the housekeepers do their job, but dark paths/tires still need to be cleaned. 3. There are no toiletries for this property; please prepare your own :) The value of suit room is less valuable if compared with the studio type; not recommend staying in this room type.
I liked the property's location, which is close to the tram, restaurants & bars, and ZH main train station. I already stayed here with 2 bookings in the same week with good experience in the studio room on the inner side.

I booked 3 nights here but I left after 1 night. The worst night of my life. Thank god another hotel is available despite summer time.

United KingdomThis is a common problem across not just Switzerland but several other countries where during summers and hot climate there is no Air conditioning or fans so, when we arrived it was too suffocating and there was not enough ventilation either.
The location was quite easy to find, there are bus stops near the hotel and the train station is just 10-15 minutes walk away which was a good walk. I would highly recommend this place for budget stay.

Spainit was very dirty: the floors looked as if they had been wiped with mud- there were stains everywhere. there was also a lot of dust and the shower head was broken off. our biggest issue was that the window didn’t open and the light switch turned off all electricity to the room, so we could neither charge our electronics at night, nor use the fan during the summer heat.

United KingdomCan't open the windows - had to run the table fan 24/7 so that room doesn't become an oven. If you switch the room light off, all power sockets are turned off automatically, so in the night you either have the option keep the lights on and find it difficult to sleep or turn the light off but can't charge the mobile from bedside sockets or power the fan. The instructions were not at all clear about finding the place which was quite difficult as the entrance door is located a bit inside the alley between two restaurants - luckily one of the reviews do mention about how to find the place with photos. No staff means you can't ask for anything or any help. No kettle or mugs were provided for morning tea/coffee.
The location is really good, lots of takeaways/restaurants nearby. Close to the Zurich main station and tram station too. Check in/out process was quite simple. Table fan was provided for the warm weather.

Italy-There is one single not-openable window that avoids any air exchange. Unconfortable and claustrophobic. -Lack of sockets. Only one spot where charging phone was possible and broken sockets on the sink, so no chance to use microwave nor fan.

Australia- Double booking - booked at a location within 5 minutes walk from the HBF, upon arriving, got my key - and then opened my room to see that either: a) someone was in there and using the room (and was out at the time) or b) the cleaners had not bothered cleaning the room as there was McDonalds rubbish, dirty towels, clothes and other things in there. - Not only a dirty shock to find that, but it would have been quite embarrassing for the inhabitant of that room to have a stranger be able to open their room door - if that was me I would feel quite uncomfortable staying there. - Saw that there was a second email with a different location around 30 minutes further away from the first hotel. Walked/used public transport over there and arrived at 9pm, found my room without a hitch - despite the confusion about booking a completely different location. - My guess is the hotel double booked me, gave me the room, but then also sent me another email with a room that wasn’t double booked, but failed to tell me that they had done that. - I also couldn’t contact the owner as my phone could not send SMS due to an unknown reason. - Bed was a little bit dirty and not fully made to a high standard. - The shower was not even lukewarm at the best of times, it was predominantly ICY!
I had a good sleep.
