The dishwasher made some problems as it leaked water at the bottom side, And we wish for some more plug-in options

everything was tidy and clean, self checking works perfectly fine and you are 10 minute walk away from central station.

Dirty, smelly, stuffy. Windows don't open, curtains are smaller than the windows so it's really bright. Got bitten a lot, not sure if bed bugs.

After arrive, we found that our room and the rooms of other new guests were not ready. After many attempts, we did not get any answer from the personal, neither a contact from them. We waited for an hour, and we decided to look for another hotel immediately. The hotel is not well maintained, and the whole situation provided a context of no security to stay there. We never received a contact from them to apologize or provide information about the problem. We could not solve the issue with customer support neither. Not recommended at all.

The main problem and the reason for my low score is that the shutter (store in French) did not appear to open at all on my first floor room. I didn't want a view: the view out on the Langestrasse would not be particularly interesting anyway and wouldn't have minded if there were blinds to let some light in when there is daylight even if you couldn't see out/in. Instead, it felt more like I'd rented a cave.

Room was what I expected from a simple, no-frills hotel, with one disappointing part. Zürich is an enormously expensive city, so for the price, the room was basic and that's what I expected.

I paid for a suite apartment. It stunk of cigarettes....YUK!! They moved us to a double room... Not good enough with no refund! They ignored messages and this was intolerable.

Everything you need for a few days. Perfect check in and check out, everything working properly pick keys dropped keys, without problem and wasting time. Quick response in booking…. Few minutes walk to train station and bus station, all shops around and city centre in walking distance… hope to see more places like this…..

In the room was incredibly hot! The heating was from the floor means I couldnt regulate it! There was a window but with no possibility to open it! It was totally disaster! And I want them to return money back. I had to open the door to the corridor to atleast breath somehow and leave it open all night means I had to risk that someone can go to my room easily. Check out is at 11:00 and the cleaning lady opened a door by herself at 10:50 when I was taking shower and left the door to the shower open! I have nothing to say. Terrible experience!

Generally I do not write review for any stay but this stay was definitely an exception. I never ever checked in a room that has a bed with wrinkled bed sheet, used towel and full trash can. But this one had all of these. I called and emailed the property 7 times ( immediately after checkin) to clean the room and no received no reply from them. I am sure they did not clean the room after the last guest checked out. Horrible experience.
