It’s an old building with laminate flooring. You hear every roll of the luggage above and beside you, as well as every flush of the toilet. No in room temp control. Beds are very very firm, and I prefer soft mattresses

Not really a drawback, just a preference: The mattress was really soft, I would prefer a firmer one.

Complimentary fruits and snacks were were a really nice surprise. The room was rather cozy, but clean. There is a pretty nice lounge area with coffee/tea where you can sit and relax.

Tha staffs are very accommodating, they even offer us a packed breakfast, that was a very kind gesture. After checking out and came back to take our luggage, the staff also let us stayed in the lounge while waiting for a our train to take us back to Geneva airport.

Allthough we new it is an old building, It needs some upgrading in the sence of heating and general repairs.

The staff is great, verry helpful and good information. The breakfast was good and gave us a good start for the day. Very central and close to a laundromat, restaurants and transportation. Thanks to all.

Staff is very good and helpful, housekeeping also very good in maintaining the hygiene. Location wise is good inside the city, and everything (supermarket, railway station, restaurants) is at a walkable distance.

Room: The beds were very uncomfortable. There was a lack of artificial light. The room included a tea and coffee maker but there were none, although there were teas and coffees and disposable cups. The staff told me that they had a shortage of teapots that they couldn't do anything about but they could serve me coffee whenever I wanted from the reception. I intended to use the kettle for more things.

Since I booked a hotel at short notice, I didn't have many options. Location: Very good location. Close to the supermarket, restaurants and the train station. Staff: attentive but somewhat disorganized. Room: The room was small, as was the bathroom, but it was fine and clean. The breakfast was basic but covers the needs (toast, yogurt and cereals, some cold cuts and drinks) The dining room looks old but nice but you can tell that everything is somewhat disorganized.

The breakfast spread could improve (add more fruits i guess) and also the staff at the lobby could be a bit professional. It feels like a hostel at the lobby but a hotel when you go upstairs.

The location! It’s close to the center and walking distance. I like that the room was clean (with toiletries) and also the bed had free chocolates! Nice touch! With lift which is a big plus for travelers with luggages!

The living room in front of our room 102, too noisy at nights and mornings. The bathroom doesn’t have great fan so it’s humid and smelly.
