We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandBanging my head on the eaves nearly every day ;-) But it was worth being up on the top floor as the velux windows and the spacious balcony gave spectacular views of the mountains that surround Saas Fee.
Nice, quiet part of town. Owner was very friendly and helpful in providing information before the arrival, then collecting me and my luggage on the day of arrival, and transporting me to the bus station on the day of departure. Apartment was spacious in very good condition and well appointed. Views were magnificent as I was on the top floor in apartment 6.

IsraelWhen we entered the room in the first couple of days some smoking smell. Seems not that someone smoked in the apartment, but rather in the outside (balcony), but still there was smell in the house. Prefer that the apartment would be for non-smoking people all together. The house is a bit far from the center of the town and the elevators. Requires some walking. Not major but at the end of the day was a bit tough.
The property owner was very quick to pick us up from the terminal as Saas-Fee at our convinent time. The apartment was overall nice though overall atmosphere was basic and not very warm. Overall well occupied with the neccessary equipement. In an apartment above us there was a very noisy family - not the property owner fault, and he actually asked them to be quite per our request and this is appreciated.

AustraliaGiven we stayed in a top level apartment, the roof was low in some areas like the bathroom and the kitchen. We bumped our heads a few times, but I'd still recommend this place; it's totally fine for a short stay.
We stayed in a charming top level apartment which has beautiful views to the mountains. Great heating, wifi, comfortable beds, clean bed linen and sheets, fully equipped kitchen toys, baby cot, high chair. It's further from the main attractions, but in a nice peaceful area and everything is walking distance away even if you have young kids. In fact, they had a balance bike which was a big hit for our 3 yo. There are some common areas with a washing machine and a dryer, toys & games. You can buy beverages onsite.
