I loved the warmth and coziness of the room. The staff were wonderful. They recommended restaurants, activities, transportation, and they were abdolutely helpful and welcoming! The room had an absolutely stunning view, and the breakfast at the partner bakery and Café was delicious! Thank you!

The room key my friend was given on checking in would not work and it took a while before the staff were able to provide her with one that did, which was frustrating. However, they gave her a box of chocolates by way of apology!

Our rooms were clean and comfortable, with decent bathrooms, and the staff were helpful. It had been unclear before we arrived where exactly our accommodation would be located but it turned out to be very central. It was also excellent value for money.

Our room was large and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff was extremely courteous. The hotel is located close to the center of a lovely old city. We enjoyed walking around and unexpectedly there was a street market in the morning. Parking was available right outside and it was free. I can recommend staying here and I would be happy to stay again.

The rooms are not air conditioned, but we could not keep the windows open with the small fan due to the noise off the street till 0200 each night.

The physical location in the older part of the town is very convenient and they had parking available.

The room was actually smaller vs. what we have seen on the pictures and surely did not correspond the proclaimed 20 m². After we had asked about the room size we have been told that all the rooms in the hotel are superior double and correspond the description. Hotel's parking lot is limited, but in the night you probably would find a place nearby on the street. We did feel some light missing in the bathroom (shower).

Super location, just in the very center of old town near the castle (must for visit - free of charge). Very well kept old building spacious inside. Elevator was a good surprise - we did not expect it in the building like that. Room was super clean and bright. Separated toilet and bathroom are very rare nowadays was also nice surprise for us.

The staff were very warm and welcoming. They were helpful and polite. They were kind to upgrade us to a bigger room even though they didnt need to. The interior was clean and nice. I had a really comfortable stay.

The location means there are loud nightclubs outside the property which is quite disturbing in the middle of the night or early hours in the morning.

Very central and newly refurbished property. Comfortable beds and bathroom is new. Good for overnight stay and the staff are very helpful. There are parking spaces outside the property and is free.

The parking lot of the hotel was full and we had to pay the public parking.... you have to pay it by coins or by an app, no credit cards accepted.

Nice room with cozy little terrace. You have a coffee machine in the room and a little fridge. Also a hair dryer.
