Slightly away from the train station. There was no elevator.

Cozy private room with a kitchenette. The reception was really friendly and check-in was easy despite my concern that there would be no one at the desk. The bus stop is nearby.

The pillows were not good for the neck specially for senior people like us. I had a stiff neck and a headache after the first night due to the pillow.

The location is good. The room and the facilities were good and clean. The area is also quiet.

The isolation between rooms is poor; noise from the stairs and the adjacent room till late at night. The reception was closed the whole time during our stay; however a phone number had been provided in case we needed to contact the staff.

The room was big and well equipped. Very convenient location. Everything is handled online from information provided before arrival till checkout.

Could not figure out how to get the heater to work. It appeared to not be receiving hot water. Was it turned off for the year? There was an extra blanket so it was fine.

The bed was not too comfortable for my taste. The light switch controlled the receptacle near the bed, so it was impossible to charge my mobile phone near the bed at night; otherwise, the light would have been on.

The location is in the center of Fribourg. It is located really near to the central train station. The room was clean, and the online check-in and check-out system was great.

Location is central. Very close to restaurants and cafes, and convenient as a starting point for touristic visits to the city and to come in and out of the city; facilities in the room were perfect, I like the fact that you can have a meal in the room if you do not feel lile going out, there are all the necessary tools to prepare The room was clean and hairdryer, toiletries and towels were provided. Heating was also good, it was very comfortable staying in the room. Reception personnel was available and helpful. Recommended.

Wasn't sure about the automatic check in. Maybe make this clearer at booking.

Unassuming front, and not clear from the booking process that its automatic check in. However, once inside, my room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Also very quiet. I was able ton he k out in person. Nice location, about 10 mins walk from railway station, lots of cafes and restaurants close by

It would be more convenient if a microwave oven is equipped in the kitchen.

The hotel is in the old city center and 10min walk from the train station. Many restaurants are within a few minutes walk distance.

They should have put a car parking ticket in the envelope witch they forgot. In the pinning the reception was as well not staffed, so we weren’t able to get the parking ticket.

The room had small windows and on a very hot day in Fribourg we could not cool it down overnight, so it was hard to sleep. There was a ventilator provided but we couldnt place it in front of the window to blow the cooler night air in as there we no power sockets on that side of the room. An extension lead would have helped.

We booked quite late and had trouble finding anything in middle of the town. This was at lower end of our budget, and we found the location and facilities were very good for the price. Small practical and clean bathroom, good shower. Comfortable bed. Small kitchenette with a fridge. WiFi worked. We arrived early evening and access was easy (we phoned to get a code to access the building and collect the key inside). Very convenient. Reception was open next morning to return the key, nice guy. We found a parking garage which cost us 13 overnight not far away.
