Good location for skiing in Mythenregion. It's possible to reach the Rotenfluebahn cable card by either a 5 min. bus ride, or even by foot. The accommodation is basic but everything is clean and kept in good order.

Only one toilet and shower for the whole floor (and right next to each other, so there is no privacy). Also rooms were very small (which seems to be typical of Swiss hostels) with a lack of storage space. Luckily it was November and I had the room to myself and only had to share the bathroom with one or two other people.

Staff were lovely and the welcome drink was a nice touch.

Breakfast missed the mark for me. No vegetable options at all. For the price they are asking we were expecting a bit more options. Overall, I think the accommodation and breakfast price is a bit high for what they offer.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a nice location, easy to reach and the pub is very cosy and fun. They have several board games and also darts. Bed was comfortable and for a 1 night stay the room is okay.

This hostel has everything you need and nothing you don’t. We loved getting a welcome drink at the pub downstairs. Although the pub was loud, our room was very quiet.

The corridor next to the room was smelling a bit weird, like pee. Probably just one time thing. The bathrooms were shared.

Very nice staff, offering useful info for our stay, and even gave us a map for the local which was useful! We got free drink :) The pub has a very nice vibe / music!

Small bathroom and watch your head on the door to the room if you're tall.

Clean, recently renovated, comfortable beds. Bathroom was small, but the price was right for the town of Schwyz. Had a fantastic meal at a reasonable at the Hotel restaurant...Hirschen pork steak! Free drink vouchers for the restaurant was a nice touch.

Clean and comfortable beds and rooms (we booked 2 rooms in the summer - a 4 bed and a single bed). Great services for both rooms and restaurant - we each received a welcome drink, and when we had to check-out before the office officially opens in the morning, they were super friendly with us and helped us completed the checkout (we had to return more than just the keys). There was also a spacious and nice common kitchen with a full kitchen and many tables for dining. We boiled water every day when we needed it. The hostel is 100 m down the road from a bus stop. It was perfect for us who travelled by train. There are also some parking spaces for people who travelled by car.

Shower curtains, not great. 1 room was across the road in another building and the friends staying there were spoken to very rudely by workers who stayed in that building. Reception dealt with it, still not a nice experience. Maybe ask for a room in the main building.

Lovely staff at check in. Accommodating. Everything was clean, rooms and shower facilities. Nice bar for the evening. We didn't get breakfast, but good coffee to start our day. Lovely town!

Location was great, really close to grocery stores and a bus stop, where you could take the bus either to the train station or to the funicular station in the other direction. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, the beds were comfy, and the staff was supernice and helpful with everything, we liked out stay a lot, thank you!

On the pricier end for a budget hostel, but this is Switzerland. I couldn't get to stove to work, but again I didnt ask for help, so very probably I was doing something wrong.

Amazing staff - so helpful and kind! Gorgeous kitchen, though I couldnt get the stove to work (but that was probably me doing something wrong). Quite location and clean rooms.
