Excellent dinner in the restaurant and lovely breakfast on the terrace. The room was ideal for our needs with a permanent wheelchair user. The building is a stunning design. Staff were all extremely welcoming and helpful.

Everything was perfect

I liked the combination between traditional and modern style. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We decided to stop overnight last minute and didn’t regret our choice. I’ll mark the place for future trips. The food was excellent.

Only thing we didn't like was leaving this wonderful hotel .

During our 2 week European road trip we had to return as our first stay was amazing . The welcome from all staff , the room upgrade , the restuarant, the invitation to the dancing 💃downstairs with the locals, the breakfast , the goodbyes in morning ! Everyone treated us like Kings & Queens . 10/10 to all hopefully see you all next year.

I stayed here for my birthday. IT WAS INCREDIBLE! the staffs were so nice and the location was amazing. The staff upgraded our room and it was such a memorable birthday. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I will definitely visit again. Thank you once again to all the staff including the kitchen staff because the food was top notch. Loved every minute I was there !

When we checked in, restaurant was closed for the break time. But owner was so considerate he went into the kitchen started cooking...and he was an Excellent singer. Staff were awesome.

The room was not clean when we entered !! Also we feel for the price shampoo should be available and soap dishes should be full !! Not good to see soap dishes in shower half empty Finally menus need to also be in English for restaurant !! Good is great but staff couldn’t translate German menu !!

The hotel location was perfect. The hotel is very modern with all the amenities with beautiful picturesque town of Oberkich and we loved the scenery. The train station is literally 1 minute walk and 20 minutes ride on the train gets you to Lucerne station. If you want to be in a peaceful setting with beautiful picturesque town then this is the place to stay. We stayed 7 days and hotel allows you to rent a car from them directly so we did a day trip to Black Forrest. All other excursion were convenient to get to from the Lucerne station. The staff is exceptional and very accommodating especially Kiera at the front desk, Elon in kitchen and Markos. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent as well . The breakfast in the morning was pretty good with many options and Elon was always ready to take orders. All other st aff were very friendly and great service all around.

Breakfast started a little later than announced one morning but the host made up for it by providing an excellent service abd making sure I still left well fed for the upcoming business day.

It’s super close to the train station (as in really close, second row of houses) yet you cannot hear trains from the rooms, even facing the tracks. It’s a very close 2min train ride away from the swiss paraplegic centre and the swiss institute of rescue medicine, a great place to stay if you have business there.

Expensive but I guess Switzerland. Stange they charge for baby cots (was a surprise for me), but again very friendly as they just chargered for one kid (they could have charged for both)
