Maybe to provide a mop, so we can clean it by ourselves. No refrigerator, no slippers. 2. The hotel asks for a deposit upon check-in even if you paid in advance, this is annoying
Nice hotel, clean room, comfy bed. Good breakfast. Location 20 minutes by tram to the city center. Special thanks to Ekaterina from reception, she was very kind and helpful.

Check In/Out went smoothly. Rooms are surprisingly VERY quiet. I appreciated the fresh apples on the reception desk. Windows can be opened. Staff was friendly and professional.

We aproached the bar to get a drink and she first told us to wait, wich we did, but then she started chatting with other people in the bar that she already gave drinks to. So after waiting for a while we left. We said thank you and walked away. The lady inmediatly got defensive and started talking to us loudly. It made us feel uncomfortable.
I love the breakfast buffet! It was great and very delicious! Me and my business partner loved it. We also loved the beds, they were so comfortable. I would stay there again. Also the location is great.

Convenience to the Messe Zürich. Main reason to stay at this specific hotel. Staff was very kind. I forgot my toothpaste at home and within 5 minutes after calling reception we received the item!
