Our next door neighbour is so noisy, shouting very disturbing

This property is the cheapest I found in Zurich. I was so hesitant because of the reviews. To be honest the apartment is ok the room is very spacious and the bed is huge. The kitchen is well equipped you can cook and store foods in the fridge. The temperature of the shower is warm very relaxing. Check in is very easy. The location is excellent 2 mins walk to tram and bus stop.

The cheapest price in Zurich. And so you have to be prepared to go to a hostel. This is a very good option to save money, but we had bad luck with our neighbours. In the next room lived a couple who were not shy to smoke just in the common kitchen, although you could use the balcony for this. But maybe it was just us who were unlucky with the neighbours. The room was ok and the conditions were bearable. On the downside there are only two parking spaces for the whole house. We searched for parking for over 30 minutes and left the car in a paid car park 1,5 km away for 2 francs per hour so all other places were occupied.

The worst experience i had. I wouldn't recommend to nobody. Is has so dirty. The bed the room everything. We were afraid to sleep on the bed. The mattress was super dirty. We went home and had to wash everything at a laundry cause we were afraid of bedbugs. The staf was unfortunately. They came at 9 at night. They tried to open directly the dor a couple of times then the knocked. Didn't care if we wese sleeping inside. If i was alone Id rather sleep on my car.

The description on airbnb was nothing like the reality of this room. You have to read the description very carefully to understand that you’d be sharing a bathroom and kitchen with strangers. That should be made clear. Not a safe, clean or relaxing place to stay at all.

Very dirty nasty building. We saw our room and turned around and left. So bad that we slept in our car instead. There are actually 3 rooms with other people staying in them right outside your thin door. As well as one single toilet and shower for all of those people to share. Also a kitchen area for all to share, that smelled like someone fried food in it for every meal. The stairs leading to the room looked like they had never been swept. Smelled very bad in the stairway as well. Overall not in any way what we were expecting. Save your money.

The room was a bit dark at night. The whole property smells of cigarette. some guests in our apartment were smoking in the kitchen. After we checked out, the smell of cigarette lingered on our clothes. I thought smoking in hotel rooms are banned in Switzerland. Also, the front entrance was always blocked by scooters.
