It was dirty, noisy, just not possible to stay for a night. I could not even think to use shower or kitchen, it was disgusting. Moreover, it felt unsafe with the neighbours. I had find new place at night and was bot refunded. Terrible.

Other quests were loud, they smoked in the building although it was forbidden. The towels, bedsheets, pillows were dirty and disguisting, the furnitures were demaged, I couldn't use them at all. The walls were dirty and the room was stinking. The whole house smelled from cannabis. I didn't have check-in infos until I arrived to the hotel so I couldn't prepare for the trip properly.

It was cheap compared to the other possibilities. When I argued with the hotel-owner he gave me an other (a bit better) room.

in the apartment 2 of the three rooms there are long term tenants , the kitchen stinks badly, plus the tenants make all kinds of loud noises whole night due to which you can barely sleep overall if you are just looking for a room with below average services then this is the hotel for you

The soundproofing of the room is not good. We could heard the voice of neighbours in our room. There was no curtain in the shower to stop the water from spraying onto the floor outside.

All we needed had been prepared in the apartment. We can make the meals, boil the water and wash the dishes by the machine.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

The room allocated to us was on the fifth floor and unfortunately there was no elevator hence not recommended for people with heavy luggage. The staff did not support when asked about using the public transportation to reach the place from Zurich airport.

The room was cleaned before we checked in. Almost all kinds of facilities were present from the kitchen to the washrooms.

1. The location is quite far for us with luggages. 2. We reserved 3 rooms for 12 people (2+3+7) after taking into account facilities provided. We were given one unit for 3 people and one unit for 9 people! 9 people using one toilet/bathroom is so unpleasant. Especially in the morning!!

stinking bedroom kitchen and bathroom our neighbour from another apartment was really annoying, he was smoking ( weed and cigarettes) in the kitchen, invited his friends to our shared kitchen which was really uncomfortable for us and the worst he and his friends were so loud even during the silent night, when one of my friends went to them to sam them if they could be silent because we want to sleep they talk like they didn t understand which was kinda disrespectfull bedclothes were dirty and in the bathroom were used cigarretes

In the room next door there were some loud young Americans, walking like elephants at 6 in the morning! Some people really don't know how to travel, what it means to respect the quiet in the morning and evening. When the Americans left, the loud German couple came. Well maybe it's just this young generation that thinks we have to listen to their conversations...

Great place, super soft bed, good linnen, clean no smell. They for sure deserve rating more than 5. Cute balcony, big kitchen, big fridge. It's true that the walls are thin and closing the door makes a loud noise, they just need to put some rubber on the door... The key locker didn't work, so we had to call the number that was written next to the box, the lady replied emediately and gave another code for keyes.

First the poor state of the building. It felt like brooklyn, the wallpaper was torn, the floor was really dirty and someone was constantly parked right in front of the door on the sidewalk. The room itself was also quite dirty, we could clearly see the dust on the floor and that's alarming. Then the roommate, some of them were nice, some of them were really noisy and didn't care about the hour to put music loudly on speaker (6 am in the morning or 1 am during the night). But the real frustration comes from the big lie that was sold to us. It was never told in the description that it is actually a share room, provided photos are not photos of the actual rooms, you have to pay to for the Airport shuttle, "guest must be quiet between 22:00 and 7:00" didn't get respected not even in on of our 8 nights there.
