This hotel located around 700 m from Wilderswill train station. It is easy to find but You need to walk a little up to find the hotel. If you have heavy luggages you can take bus no 105 which will stop near the hotel. It is difficult to find the chalet at first. It is located behind the hotel. We arrived at midnight and need to find the entrance door for a momen. The hotel has give a information letter and also map of the chalet but we were too tired to pay attention about it after a long journey (and it was dark also)

The chalet is clean and warm. The bathroom also clean. Comfort bed to sleep. The services is excellent. The woman in reception desk is really nice and helpful. staff in restaurant also so nice and friendly. They know how to treat the guests well :) Hotel gave us free pass for train and bus around interlaken. We can store our luggage for a while after check out:)

It was hard to know where to go when we arrived. Google had a struggle, or we had a struggle with google!

Knowing that we would like to have private restroom facilities to share only with our group, they made it happen. The apartment we stayed in was 400 years old and we had plenty of room for the 4 of us. Breakfast was amazing! Every member of the staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. Thank you again!

You need " cash" for the tourist tax. Newly arrived in Switzerland hadn't had the opportunity to get any but thankfully found ten Euro in my bag.

Quite noisy floorboards, could hear every little movement from the floors above us. Quite expensive for 2 nights although keep in mind Switzerland is generally expensive.

Easy to find and very close to bus stop that allowed us to access Interlaken within 15 minutes. Breakfast in the morning was beautiful and included in the price, staff were super friendly. A short 10 minute walk from the Wilderswil train station that enabled access to all major locations around Interlaken e.g Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald etc.

The room was very small,there was no one to help with luggage to 2nd floor(we had huge bags as we were travelling for a month), the place can be more welcoming I believe but it was not bad overall,some of the staff was very nice.

We asked for an upgrade to hotel which is connected to the property so we didn't really stayed in hostel but we had attached washroom. The place was clean,it was in a authentic swiss village unlike interlaken where it's too touristy. The breakfast was nice and staff there was good too The whole of checkin at night experience was made smooth.

- I am not sure I would come back. I do not like the vibes I got from the employees and that’s the employer problem. Also who noise the room can be depending who will stay in the other rooms. - (This is not related to the property), outside the garbage is kept where the water fountain is… it’s not great. - internet is not good from the room. You gotta be old school and go to the lobby (sitting area) to get wi fi. The sitting area is just a cluster of chairs, nobody to sell a drink or a table or nothing. Just pictures and chairs. - (Not related to the facility) Unfortunately you get what you paid for and that’s also regarding the people of other rooms. For being a budget options, you might encourage people less educated or used to good behaviour.

- Breakfast is great. It’s the best thing about the place actually. - Staff is odd… one of the workers in the breakfast areas works at 250km/h like the other two is not doing the work properly, while a second is very unhappy with the work environment and coworkers, the third one is alright. But the stuff was what got my attention. I got a sense that the place is not the greatest employer and do care about the employees - I think there a lot of space to improve. - Location. It is not close to the station, but it is to the bus stop. Drug store or supermarket during late hrs will be a struggle. The neighbourhood is amazing… far away for a bunch of tourists. - Price. Alright. It’s budget and doable. I just needed a place to shower and sleep. - Room. Noise - You can hear literally a fart from the room upstairs. Comfortable and clean. There’s nothing in the room to help you with keeping food or even cooking a noodles or making a coffee.

The use of physical keys for the front door and the room was a bit awkward and clumsy. Should consider having electronic locks with codes instead. Also, it would be good to have more electrical plugs in the room. We had trouble charging both of our phones.

Breakfast was very good. Michelle was very sweet and helpful. The surrounding area is lovely and very safe.

1. Our room was in a separate building and everytime we had to make tea or do anything in the kitchen we would have to go all the way to the other building from the street. 2. Wifi connection in the hostel building was very weak and getting interrupted all the time. And again if you want to use internet, you would have to go all the way to main building. Being a quality hotel they could at least Install one Wifi router in the hostel building. Its not that difficult job. 3. No hand wash or other toiletries in the shared bathroom. 4. Due to the vintage building we weren't allowed to use high powered devices like electric kettle/ german pool or travel iron. 5. A bit expensive considering the hassles and problems mentioned above.

1. It was very nice, quite and peaceful hotel in the beautiful town of wilderswill. 2. Close to the 105 bus stop which could take you to interlaken west and wilderswill train stations. 3. Amazing breakfast buffet with a lot of options. 4. Staff was very polite and very helpful. 10 starts for staff. 5. They also provide you with a guest card which has some great services and discounts in it. Especially the public transport.
