Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Open trash cans... Considering we had a woman and baby in the room, a closed trash can might be a slightly more elegant solution especially in the bathroom - but of course this is a detail!
Extremely friendly and helpful staff that responded quickly and professionally to our every need and request. Very good value for money. The room was comfortable and stylish. The cot for the baby was provided immediately upon our arrival.

Slightly dark room but not helped by the weather (lights could be a fraction brighter).
Functional but stylish with really nice touches like excellent toiletries and complimentary minibar, plus a runners corner in reception. Excellent restaurant too

In Room 104 there was a noise - most likely from the gym as if someone was running on a treadmill. Other than that - great.

I liked everything.
The staff is super nice. The breakfast is really good. The location is good, good connections by train or tram. Easy check in and check out. The complimentary mini-bar and the car sharing are a plus.

Charging CHF32/head for breakfast is ludicrous! Especially when there was nothing special about what was on offer, i.e. normal bakeries, juices, eggs, cereals... We know that Switzerland and in particular Zürich are not cheap, but this is just taking the piss... This also comes on top of the CHF25/day charged for the car park.

Aircon was too noisy, you couldn't keep it on at night so it got too hot and if you opened the window you heard the trains

Beds could be more comfortable

I would prefer window looking on the outdoor area, my was on indoor. Therefore it wasn't bright enough in the room. I prefer more light in the surrounded area.
I liked very much the restaurant, the breakfast was delicious, variety of served meals was super. And the Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and bed comfortable. It was silent and just perfectly air-conditioned. All need were there.

The hotel has a very convenient parting but it comes with additional charges (25 frank per day) which wasn't mentioned!
The neighbourhood was easy to access and calm. The staff were very friendly and the room had an amazing interior design.

The room had poor lighting. The view from the window wasn't the best But all of the above are real nicknacks
Great hotel with a young vibe and very sustainable agenda which we love. Very friendly staff! The hotel restaurant is great. There is a tram station 2 min walk from the hotel , 15 min drive to the center of Zurich One of the best hotels we have been to , definitely will come back and highly recommend

Unfortunately, there is no service for carrying the luggages.
The receptionist was helpful. The breakfast was average. The location is good, only around 20 minutes to reach the airport.

We didn't eat breakfast as we had an early flight, but we so enjoyed our last night in Switzerland there. Loved the ping pong area and family played ping pong late in to the evening

Nothing much, everything was cool
The person who checked us was fantastic! The entire team is super cool and nice, the beds are comfortable and the location is nice as it's super close to Toni Aeral tram station which would take you straight to the main station in about 12-15 minutes.

Price, but understand that's the cost in Switzerland so if you don't like don't go. Price for room size would be more accurate.
