Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaUnfortunately, although it was a very cold night, the heating did not work. The reception staff helped us with a portable heater. Additionally, the window did not close properly, and you could hear the wind blowing. There was not even a glass to drink water or a coffee set in the room.
The hotel is not located far from the city center and the train station, 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bus. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, as well as a supermarket and several bakeries. The reception staff is very friendly, the room size is larger compared to other Ibis hotels I have experienced, and the cleanliness was up to expectations.

LebanonThe rooms could be cleaner. There was no kettle in the room, but I already knew this from previous reviews and brought my own, so I was able to make coffee, tea, and milk for the children.
The lobby was spacious, allowing children to move freely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Even on Christmas Eve at midnight, when we needed to change the bed sheets due to an accident by the children, the receptionist personally came and took care of it. The location is strategic and close to the center. There is a bus stop is just next to the hotel.

GermanyThere was a mishap with our transport cards: the emails were not sent automatically after booking, turned out the accommodation needed to manage it themselves. We walked from the central station (around 10 minutes, no big deal) and got it sorted out on the spot (but the lady who checked us in needed to consult with someone else at the reception desk to figure out what to do). Also, there is only one large towel per person in the room, we would appreciate having at least one small hand towel in addition to the large ones.
Pretty standard Ibis experience: clean room, nice bed, good soundproofing. Nice and quiet location, although a bit far from the centre, but with convenient transportation options; a couple of supermarkets nearby. Surprisingly fast check-in (maybe we just got lucky there). No kettle in the room, but you can ask for hot water at the bar.

CanadaReception, a guy particularly gave us whatever answers just to please us to dispatch us, and finally not able to deliver what was promised (ex: he said he will upgrade our group to king size beds, after we came back from visiting, another Reception told us there is no king room in whole facility, he didn't understand why his colleague promised us that) The original guy originally said 30 mns to get room, then 1 hr, then 1.5... with nice customer service, but not able to deliver what he said... Very bad image to the hotel in our opinion, because the hotel is indeed very good for a 3 stars.

ItalyI didn't get the travel pass, I asked twice and the receptionist did ask me for my e-mail which I gave, but it has never been sent. But other than that, everything else is okay.
I love the room, it's huge and very comfortable. Also very very clean. The location is okay, close to the bus station for you to reach the city and the train station.

Checkin online still required you to actually check in; however quick service and polite staff. Rooms are comfortable but as per ibis standard. Hotel is approx 1.2km or 10-15 mind downhill to the centre of town. The evening barman speaks English and was brilliant for drinks and food. Not gluten free bar but the barman was very helpful and friendly. He went that extra mile to help and check.
