Sofa bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast ended 1 hour earlier than what we were informed at check-in. Bit disappointed.

We checked in bit late but hotel staff at the desk was very helpful and calm. Room was good.

Need to take tram from Basel main train station, just 2 stops to hotel and a short walk to hotel from Tram stop. However, once in the hotel, not much to do, no convenient stores or market to grab food etc nearby.

Excellent, very helpful and very kind front desk staff. Coffee in the lobby is really amazing (not only it’s complimentary, the coffee has great crema, European taste and available all day). Room and bathroom is good and modern. Buffet breakfast offers a variety of options, served clean and dining hall is spacious and bright. Tram easily brings you to old town to explore.

It is unusual not to be able to open the windows for fresh air and the pillows were too soft for my personal taste.

Decoration and lovely staff! Plus coffee/tea…kids corner at breakfast was a lovely touch.

The shower is open walk in which means once you take a shower there's water everywhere. Not ideal especially with children.

Dark room and fixed window that wouldn't open. In two people in the room very uncomfortable sleep.

The room was very warm and the ventilation system somehow didn't allow to set anything lower than 22 degrees, maybe I missed the function, the window could not be opened. At breakfast there was only white bread left, no rolls or dark bread and it was just 9:30.

The breakfast room should be better organised, the trays, cutlery and plates lack quality , especially tables and need to be better cleaned, staff did not get up to speed doing so with a close to full house. Quality of the buffet was a 3* due to those observations.

The room was very modern, stylish and sound proof insulated , nice bath room and shower cubicle. Friendly reception team, free coffee and tea available in the lobby, luggage deposit, a 10 minute foot walk to the main train station. There is a nice bar in the lobby section . Breakfast was ample, but the breakfast room rather noisy and not as clean and welcoming as expected for an in-style place

The room must have a window so that fresh air can come in and secondly you must be able to make the room temperature higher or lower.

Was expecting a kettle at room with some tea bags, hope they consider this suggestion. Location is bit far from the main train station, but there is a tram stop in 5 minutes walking distance.

Eating options are limited for after 18. A vending machine with few options. Hardly anything within walking distance.

Nothing to complain about, everything was great.

The hotel is very comfortable, attractively decorated, and clean. The rooms are quiet and comfortable and the breakfast is excellent and varied. It offers guests coffee, tea and water 24 hours a day at reception. The location is great, close to the centre and the train station. We really liked it and highly recommend it!

There is no possibility of opening the bedroom windows, and it is not possible to control the air conditioning. So there are times when it is very hot and others very cold, without the possibility of refreshing the air in the room.

The hotel meets the expectations expected for the category. The location is a little far from the center, but close to SBB Station. However, with easy access to public transport. The rooms are good and the beds are comfortable. The rooms also have a very interesting design, with views from the floor to the ceiling. Very interesting!
