The room was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel is walking distance to the airport which is a huge plus, particularly for an early morning flight. Getting to downtown Geneva with either the bus or train, using the free travel card, is also very convenient. TIP: To avoid wheeling a large suitcase all the way to the hotel, there are lockers available at the train station (between the arrivals area and Migros).

I chose it because I wanted to be near the airport. It is not walking distance from the airport, and the instructions are not clear with regard to finding the hotel. They could be a bit more detailed about the location. Also, there was a cockroach in my room when I woke up.

Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful (one in particular was not). The bathroom was clean.

The location is quite remote, especially when traveling on bus 5, which stops in a desolate area. From there, you must find your way to the elevator that crosses the bridge. I was traveling with a heavy, oversized bag late in the evening and had to ask a security guard from a nearby warehouse for directions. He kindly used a flashlight to show me the way, as the area didn’t look safe. The elevator to the bridge had a terrible smell, reminiscent of a public restroom. I would advise taking a taxi, especially late in the evening.

this is the first and last time staying at this hotel !!! aAll the staff is unfriendly ,when we went to the registration desk there was no one there at all there was no way to contact me … I will never return to this hotel again!!! When you arrive at this hotel, be prepared to leave your car at a completely different hotel as there is no parking.

I dont usually write reviews but felt i should with my experience. We stayed in the ibis styles, one particular staff member was incredibly rude, he was working the bar area when we arrived at 4pm. He told me that the resturant was closing within the hour and bar so i had to order within the hour, giving us 20 mins. Then said i could order drinks still but only to take up to the room. So we ordered food despite not really being ready to yet as he said there were no other places to order food except back at the airport. However when i came back down one hour later people were eating food and drinking downstairs, i asked a different member of staff and they said the resturant closed at midnight and drinks 24/7. The man that misinformed us was also very rude to me in his attitude and demeanor, im not sure why this was (i was very polite, would never be disrespectful to hotel staff) at one point in the middle of me asking him about the resturant he said something in french to his collegue and she laughed, it seemed to be something that wasnt very nice and i found this rude and it made me feel uncomfortable The plug of the hairdryer in the room was held together by cellotape and there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room either, which i would of expected at a ibis styles. The rest of the staff were polite.

The location was good but at first confusing due to the shuttle bus not starting till 5pm so had to use a bus to cross the high way. Bus came quick and was easy to figure out in the end.

It would be nice to have directions for those walking to the hotel from the airport since google maps does get it right. Something that is written in the online booking description or given upon booking. After flying for 14 hours one is not as sharp to figure things out.

It was closed to the Airport, but if the hotel provides specific direction from Airport. First day I got lost and even google map did not help. But I learned how to pass through the airport hallways and terminals, and can be reached to the hotel in 8 mins. Room carpet was very dirty First night the window opened and rain came to my room and 3/4 of my bed got wet Shower faucet was plugged and water covered the surface of the little toilet But they fixed it after No shower cap:) Staff were very COLD not even a little smile Something came up for me and I stayed one more day, but when I asked them to treat me as their guest and give me discounts, they said, “No” do not take breakfast and save 8 CHF:) And , I paid 149 CHF without breakfast

The hotel is adjacent to a parking garage building next to the airport - arriving in the middle of the night, we didn't feel the most safe. Not that easy to find as well.

The hotel is very new, with modern rooms and a great common area. Staff was very friendly, albeit our contact was very short.
