Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

It's on a highway.

There is shower water overflow
The accommodation modern and clean, beddings crisp clean. It is handy to transport and there is airport shuttle for a fee. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The lady taking down room numbers for breakfast was unpleasant. I got our room number wrong but gave her my full name, which was there on her sheet. She could have easily matched it. But instead, she gave me an angry look. Not what one expects in the hospitality industry.
It was spotless clean and convenient. The breakfast was good. They also have a tea/coffee station open for guests at any time. Also nice to see a small library from where one can pick a book to read.

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of food. Staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. The shuttle service from/to the airport was punctual and quick.

Jet Hotelis a proper name...Jets can be heard from the airport. No room refrigerator.
Close to airport. Short walking distance to train bus, restaurants , grocery stores Clean, updated facility. Nice breakfast.

We needed a hotel near the airport for an early morning flight. Jet Hotel fit the bill, as you can see the runways from the windows. Rooms were small, but clean. Shuttle service to the airport is available at additional cost. The hotel is located just a short distance from the train line from town, which makes getting to and from the center quite easy. One caution: the hotel is located just outside the central city zone. This means that train tickets valid only in the central city are not valid for getting to the hotel. Breakfast was included and was quite good.

The breakfast was kind of below average. Not expected in Switzerland.
First of all, the location. It was so close to the Rumlang train station and the bus stop that we could walk there in 1 min. The check-in and check-out was very smooth and the Wifi was great. The room and the bathroom were kept clean everyday. The room size was bigger than I thought. We could drink tea and coffee at any time and it was free. And last, even though the planes were taking off just near the hotel, we could not hear any noise in the room.

Shower wasn’t seal proof enough and floor got wet.
Good location for airport, restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly. Great value. One pillow each wasn’t enough and they kindly gave us more pillows. Great parking, worth paying for. Good breakfast offered.

Staff not super friendly. Nice enough to me though I witnessed a bit rude behaviour towards other clients. TV didn’t work. Price a bit hefty. but that’s the case for everything in Switzerland.
Was what I expected from a hotel near the airport. Good breakfast. Sound proof windows.

Exactly as described, close to the airport 10 minutes by bus no. 510. Very pleasant and helpful service. Nothing to complain about. Currency for the cost.

Bed was a bit to firm for my taste and pillows were too soft. Breakfast was OK but would have liked to have eggs. Didn't like that they charged 10CHF per person for a ride to the airport. Decided to take the train instead.
Location was great as was right near the train station and a short train ride to the airport. Room size was large enough to accommodate a couple of suitcases without tripping over them.

The room was very cold and there was no way to make it warm enough. I had to ask for an additional blanket in order to sleep.
The staff was super kind and responsive! The room has everything you need for a layover in Zurich.

Very small fan, no air-conditioning. Quite hot. Bed very uncomfortable.
Short 10minute bus ride from Zurich Airport. A lot cheaper than the hotels at the airport. Very clean. Great breakfast. Good wifi and good hot shower.
