I had a minor issue with the shower - there was a gap under the door, which I didn't notice until the room was awash with water. Plus, it would be nice to have a kettle in the room.

The bed was very comfortable and the room exceptionally quiet; I couldn't hear any sound from outside or from other rooms, which was great. The checkin was very friendly and the breakfast was good value.

Requested a higher floor room months in advance. Did not respond to the request until Booking.com intervention in a subsequent message. As we stayed for 5 nights it was disappointing that this request was not considered with a typical response " we are full!". As there are no nearby coin laundry facilities, breakdown of the in-house washing machine availability was not helpful for long stays. The web site states this service is available at a reasonable cost,

the seal in our bathroom shower door comes off which results in water coming out of the shower stall. flow of water is good and also states that one can drink tap water. a lot of people may be wary about that, but I haven't tried it in the hotels, but there would be tap water drinking refill stations that looks like just a hose with flowing water in some areas that i have used and found the water good!

breakfast hot food quicky runs out (bacon and rosti-potatoes), but there are plenty of cold foods including hard boiled eggs, cheeses, cold cuts. there are various breads as well, also cereals, yogurts and juices. free tea, coffee all day. I liked that there is an online checkin process (garage kiosk) for those who cannot make the receptionist time, it was very helpful still getting your room even if there's a delay in flight.

super close to the airport, which was the main reason to stay here. there’s a bus stop 3min walking distance from the Hotel that takes you to the airport. very basic room, but clean, comfortable and it was soundproof, really did not hear anything from the other rooms. breakfast was very simple, but with all the essentials, it was surprisingly good. free coffee/tea throughout the day was definitely a plus!

Excellent airport hotel. Located in Rumlang, together with many other airport hotels. The Jet hotel is the closest to Rumlang train station, and is literally 4 minutes walk. Leafy quiet residential area, few restaurants around, but we chose to take the train into Zurich for a quick look and meal (12 mins, run every 10 mins) where there are endless choices. Rooms are excellent, clean, new, spotless. Breakfast was included in every room type, very good choice of typical continental items. The Rumlach hotels share a shuttle bus pickup service, at $11 it's simple and worthwhile

Had a rough start with the service staff which left me feeling unwelcomed for a first time experience in the country. It worked well for everyone at the end with better understanding and apologies. Overall it ended well and that was what was important. It does not offer food except for breakfast. There are no eateries/restaurants nearby if you don’t drive. As I’m with a senior traveller, it was not ideal to walk 20min to the closest place to eat.

Super close to the Rumlangg train station. Room was overall ok. Though we asked for a kitchenette, there was no kettle and hot water was only available in the dining area downstairs. It is a senior/elderly-friendly place as the staff offered a bathroom chair for the shower facility, etc.

The price was on the higher side for a fairly basic hotel room, but I think this is pretty standard for an area that sees a large amount of business-related travel.

Good hotel located close to the airport. The rooms were well insulated against noise (a must for the location) and the adjustable shutters outside meant the room could be made very dark for a good night's sleep. The beds were comfortable, and although the rooms were very simply furnished, they had everything we needed. The included continental breakfast buffet was much appreciated and staff were helpful in providing information and bookings for their shuttle bus service to/from the airport. I would stay here again when travelling through Zurich if I needed to be close to the airport.

There’s a heavy sweaty smell on the sheet.

Location is very close to the station, when you come out from the station, don’t go straight and make a left turn, there’s a path to the hotel! The night shift front desk agent is very gentle and kind.

The place could have been an excellent option for staying in Zurich in general, but it is a little too far from the city center for my taste. Taking a train to the city center is very convenient and the hotel is very close to the train station. But if you don't have a discount card for public transport, getting from the city center to the hotel during an entire vacation can be expensive.

Very suitable for a stay before a flight. Very convenient place with direct shuttles to the airport at an affordable price. The rooms in the hotel are new and carefully designed and relatively large. The breakfast is good and sufficient and even generous. Taking a train to the city center is very convenient and the hotel is very close to the train station. So for those who want to travel all day and only go back to sleep in the hotel in the evening, this can still be an excellent option for staying.

The guy who was at the reception in the afternoon was very rude and he didn't even know how to talk with customers. The breakfast was poor as well. Fruits were rotten and very limited options.

The room was very neat and clean and the location of the hotel was fantastic.Hotel is located just 2 min walk to the Rumlang train station. The good thing was that free tea and coffee was available round the clock.

There's no aircon, can get stuffing middle of the night. Lady staff attending breakfast counter looks very gloomy and unfriendly. May be short of staff but a smile would make guests feel more welcome.

Bed was very comfortable. Rooms on 1st floor with a side road but once the balcony door was closed, it's very quiet. Rooms are very clean, looks like newly renovated. Housekeeping staff are very friendly.

The guy shouting outside (and inside) in the middle of the night - although that's not really on the hotel. We had asked for a parking spot, but the card was not parking-activated for our late check-in (we got lucky because the side door was already open, but we couldn't have entered the parking lot otherwise, as the reception was closed and nobody was around).

We could have a late check-in without hassle with a key box outside the hotel, and could even park the car in a secure place. The staff was proactive and professional. A person was causing trouble outside the hotel, banging the door and shouting from 23:00 to 0:45 (while the reception was closed), keeping everyone awake. The staff sent someone as soon as they were made aware of the issue, and we even got compensated for our troubles without asking (free parking).

The look of the street it is on.

It is very close to the airport with wonderful down pillows and comforters, rooms are well appointed and clean. I did not give it a 10 because as you drive up its not the best curb appeal there are worn down looking apartments next door and the outside is not very welcoming. When you park there is a digital check in that we messed with for about 10 minutes to no avail. We pushed the help button and were told to come upstairs and check in. It was quite confusing even with Google translate. Once inside it is a lovely hotel with nice decor and comfy rooms after a red eye from California we slept very well. The breakfast was very nice with a lot of choices. We discovered if you walk a couple blocks you are in a very nice area where we had a wonderful dinner.
