Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The shuttle provided for 10 Euro per person was a joke; they picked us up in one van (4 people) and took us to another hotel and loaded us up in another van that was already full and we had to stand the whole way. Then they dropped us off at ARRIVALS and we had to find our way to departures, because they were to lazy and cheap to drop us off at departures and then go to arrivals! I called the hotel but they did not care...
The room was nice, great breakfast.

Lunch or dinner could have been made available as other restaurants are a little bit far from the hotel

The chaos in the breakfast room was tremendous. One coffee maker for 50 people at the same time is not enough. Cutlery was missing, the breakfast room is too small when you have big groups. Otherwise great food at breakfast. Staff had problems with refilling for a while.

Close to Airport,comfortable beds, nice room,clean, with small balcony. Included was a breakfast which offered way more than a continental breakfast. Would recommend the Jet Blue Hotel

No restaurant on site, the entrance to hotel check in is not what we expected, we were dropped off by the taxi in the parking lot and were a little skeptical about what we were seeing, but once inside, all was good.
Check in was easy, and when I asked about dinner recommendations, we were suggested an Italian restaurant and given walking directions, we found the restaurant very easily and it was very good.

Close to the airport which is exactly where we wanted to be. Also wash to get the train into Zurich centre for the day. Great buffet breakfast before our flight.

A sign for the hotel facing toward the train station would be helpful, eliminating having to walk all the way around to the busy street for no reason. No AC

At the time of booking, I was told the hotel would provide free airport shuttle service, but was charged 10 euros per person per trip. Our room was rather spartan, but all in all, a good value for the price.
Our room was incredibly soundproof! We didn’t hear a plane take off until we arrived in the lobby. Breakfast far exceeded our expectations! There were many choices, including fresh breads and fruit. The coffee machine was a fantastic treat.

No coffee maker, fridge, microwave or anything in the room, and I've never heard of having to pay for your airport shuttle before.
Only stayed for one night, but it was comfortable, clean, had a balcony, had a good shower and breakfast, and offers a shuttle to the airport.

The room was a little hot and stuffy but nothing too bad. Also, they aren't many restaurants nearby.
The front desk staff was super helpful. The hotel location is convenient and close to the train station. It is a short walk from the hotel to the public bus stop and easy to take a public bus to the airport.

Housekeeping and house keeping staff can be better

My flight was delayed and I arrived after check in time. It was after 11:30 PM. Ringing front door bell, finally a desk person arriving and did not want to let us in. Finally let us check. No way I could let them know about late arrival.

Plane noise.
Close to airport with shuttle service that would take our boxed bikes. That was a lifesaver. Then, it was very close to the train station so we could get ourselves and bikes to the bahnhof. Secure parking for the bikes. Fabulous breakfast and tasteful breakfast room. Plane noise is VERY loud especially outside, but not noticeable overnight in our room - metal window shutters might have helped or airport scheduling.

Free coffee anytime, the room had a fan and was very good sized room and bathroom. Staff organised the airport shuttle for us. Breakfast was awesome. Loved the dual power options in the room.
