Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. No restaurant in hotel - closest restaurant in village was expensive.
Comfortable bed, blockout blinds and double glazing created a quiet room very good for sleeping. Good breakfast with lovely fresh bread.

Great location close to the trainstation. Comfortable room for the super price we paid. One night due to early flight from Zurich airport. Airport shuttle bookable for CH 10 per person. Breakfast not available before we needed to leave. Tip.. Evening meal at the Romantica Ristorante in Rumlang.

We knew there was no cafe (except for breakfast) so bought our food and drink at the airport when we arrived there by train but others may not realize this. For 6 of us a large taxi was cheaper than the shuttle but for four it works out the same. Shuttle is a bit expensive.
Clean, quiet rooms, able to use the terrace for a picnic and hotel provided glasses for our wine and beer and water. Handy to airport and train. Great that there is a shuttle to them both that the hotel will organize for you. The driver was on a dinner break when we arrived so we took a taxi from the airport.

Two single beds pushed together to create a double, but only 1 single comforter provided. Bed started to separate in the night.
Great shower, great breakfast. Room was clean. Reception was friendly. Not too many amenities, but ok.

As it seeems like it is an old hotel that has been very well refurbished it has however NO air conditioning but fans are provided. the rooms I suspect may be a bit hot in summer as the windows need to be closed as the closeness of the aircraft and morning city traffic do make a fair bit of noise. The windows are however double glazed so while closed provide adequate noise protection from traffic noise and aircraft noise.
great location to airport and if you want to go to Zurich the train station is less that 100 metres away via a path through the back of the property. This makes luggage carting a breeze if you need to go the H/bahnhof for onward journeys by train or just go to the city for the day. Breakfast was more than adequate and good as it is part of the accommodation tariff. All rooms have a balcony so a bonus for smokers, who have not already passed away. Also great for sitting and having a drink even though the balconies are very small. friendly staff as well. I'll be back.

Ideal location for Zurich Airport. Stayed at the Jet Hotel when unexpectedly our flight was cancelled late in the evening . Staff were helpful and special thanks to Roland on reception for his help and understanding. The flexibility given to stay after the normal check out time was much appreciated .

No tea / coffee making facilities 34 SF ($59 AUD) ten minute taxi ride from the airport to the hotel at 10pm.
we arrived late at the hotel after a 90 minute delay to our flight. We noticed beer and wine were available for purchase if we required them. The room was functional and quiet, there wasn’t a kettle or fridge. Travellers should note that if they use a CPAP machine, the PowerPoint beside the bed is uniquely Swiss and whilst two pronged, the shape of the outer shell doesn’t provide for a normal European adaptor. Thankfully the hotel provided an adaptor and there was a traditional European plug near the desk in the room. An excellent breakfast and a 150 metre to Rümlang railway station, which we used instead of the 10 SF ( each) shuttle which runs every 30 minutes between 7am and 10am.

The fact that the airport shuttle bus service to the hotel did not run according to the timetable and the hidden 10 CF cost payable for the return leg.
The availability of hot and cold drinks at all times in the breakfast lounge. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

My room has no aircon but comes with a tower fan so had to open balcony door for wind(not too big an issue for my stay but needed to highlight here).sometimes smokers would puff in next doors so can smell from balcony.
Business feel hotel near to train station but further from Zurich Central.Good for airport transfers as we did. Serves up breakfast (don't expect big spread) but good enough.Shower is well equipped.Room is essential with a balcony. Bed is pretty comfy.Short walk away has bigger local supermarkets with less crowds as location is probably more off central.

Hotel looks a bit tired especially hall ways and could do with a refresh,although this does not impact comfort of stay
Helpful welcoming staff. Very close to a train station and 15 minute shuttle to airport . Good value for money as a basic breakfast was included. Free Tea, coffee and water station in common area although this had run out by 8pm.
