After problem with the room we were given, the staff quickly moved us to another room and immediately solved our problem. The room is spotless, comfortable a great choice for a long layover between flights. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and fully stocked.

If somebody would looks little bit better to the breakfast, refilling and controlling it would be better, because we eat later and it was not really nice. I know sometime it‘s difficult, because of different gast and how they handle the breakfast.

the flexibility, we booked at very short time and if the hotel hadn‘t phoned me back at 11pm, it wouldn‘t have worked. Special thanks for that!

Parking was 15 CHF per day, which could have been free for the guests given that there was no shortage of parking spaces and the location is outside the city limits.

The room was as mentioned in the description. The staff was helpful and polite. Comfortable room. Close to public transportation. Breakfast was ok.

May be breakfast could have been little better for vegetarian people like me, that's all I can mention.

It's staff during breakfast and check out. I don't remember the name but he was exceptional, absolutely fantastic person and very helpful. I must say that Swiss people are the best in the world. We have visited many countries but never found such amazing people wherever we went in Switzerland.

My stay at Jet Hotel Zurich Airport was truly outstanding. There was hair all over the bed, the sheets, pillows and covers. It didn’t even look like the bed sheets and pillow cases had been changed, we called the reception but we were told that they are closed after 11pm (we had à late check-in) and nothing can be done and to come see them in the morning. It is appalling and unacceptable that we had such an experience, we shouldn’t have to worry about whether the sheets are clean or not. Clean bed covers are non negotiable!!

Staff at check in rude and unhelpful, signage at car park should indicate there is a reception and the machine is for after hours self check in, clearing the table myself when I see 3 staff idle in reception and kitchen, clearly repeat customer not a consideration, Smoking in some rooms allowed ? Hallway was full of smoke came I. Our rooms when opening the door very unpleasant No tissues on arrival later refilled would t stay here again

Arrival) and t paper made beds

A comfortable and convenient place to stay if you have to catch a flight the next day. Near the airport and train station, there is a big supermarket walking distance, the room is clean and friendly staff. Even though they don't provide an electric kettle in the room, we can have hot water for drinking in the breakfast area.

perfect location next to the airport, there are also McDonalds and Subway just in 5-10 minutes by a walk and several restaurants. Very very clean. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was good enough. Has a transfer for a 10 CHF for one way.

I had a kitchenette and couldn’t figure out the convection oven? Electric outlet was not close enough to the table (I had a 3 meter cord).

Welcoming staff! Clean room! Full breakfast is fabulous! 2 minute walk to the train station. Easy to get to Zurich HB. Walk to grocery. Felt very safe (key access to building and each floor). Shuttle from airport every 20 minutes was complimentary. Kitchenette was excellent. Electric outlet near the bed.

Nothing - exceeded my expectations for the price point and for an airport hotel

Our room and the communal spaces were very modern, clean and orderly. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The rooms had everything we needed. I liked that we could step outside onto a small balcony from our room. The staff recommended a vice nice restaurant within a 5 minute walk. The continental breakfast was ample and tasty, good coffee too! We used the bus to get to the hotel, then paid for the shuttle back to the airport (10 CHF / person) - both options were fine.
