It was a little noisy close to the train and tram station, but nothing that would put us off staying again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel for the location and price. Very comfortable bed. Good size room with everything needed.

Size of room and the way the lights work. It's not really a hotel but a hotel room in a block of rooms. No roof access

Perfectly located by the train station. Very good price in comparison to others in the city. The room was a little small but very pretty and comfortable. Would stay again if I had to be in Zurich. Check in was over complex and not clear. Baggage storage available.

Lovely boutique hotel located right next to the train station. The rooms are properly sized and well equipped, the bed was super comfy and it was impressive how, even next to the station, we couldn't hear any sound. In addition, the value you get is quite good compared to other hotels in the area. The automatic check in process is quite seamless.

I actually never understood the system of the lights. Always ended up lighting up the whole room before I found out the one I was looking for. So call me stupid but this was from intuitive design

It is just metres from the Mainstation and I did Not need public transport once. It is located in a cute city and you find botiques, food and culture nearby. I was allowed to my suitcase in the luggage room during the day of checking out. This was nice service.

The bathroom is designed in such a way that if you took a shower, the water spills to the floor outside. Second, all the Nespresso and tea with no water in the machine, so we were not able to enjoy it. The hotel could have easily charged us a few dollars more for the room and provided the water in the machine, which would have made a big difference in the total experience.

The Midi room was super clean and the bed was so comfortable. Molton Brown range was amazing. Great location.

The only issue I had was instead of a fridge my room had a wine coolet and not a fridge, this made it difficult to stack food and small items like fruit, and other snacks needing to be keep cool

I often stay at this hotel in a superior suite, often being twice a year for about 4-5 nights. The location is excellent for most things, has a supermarket accross the road selling everything you could want, train station 5-10 minutes walk away and it has 24 hour automated access so arriving late into the evening is no problem. The hotel guest's are respectful of others (no noise) and it is quiet considering being a city centre location

No room service and the bar closed at 9.30pm so we had to walk back to the train station to find food after we arrived. But the bar looked lovely.

Lovely clean, spacious and modern rooms. Less than a 10 minute walk from the main train station. Self check in was easy.

Parking at the hotel was advertised (and there reason we chose this hotel) but it is first-come-first-served. There was no space when we arrived so we had to pay for parking at a local public parking house which cost CHF 45 for an overnight stay. We feel the hotel should provide vouchers so that parking does not cost more than at the hotel itself. The hotel is self check-in and had no onsite facility for breakfast at least on a Saturday night stay.

When we arrived the toilet wasn't working. When I complained the manager came to the room and hit the flush panel which fixed it and told us that was what we had to do going forward. The fire alarm went off during the night and as there are no staff on site at night there was no clear instruction as to what to do or what was going on. The staff in the bar were very accommodating and friendly with the exception of the female manager who could be quite rude and intimidating.

The location was superb. The room was lovely and the bar area was really cozy and great for people watching.

The self service check in machine is broken down, I don’t know where I can find the staff if the bar man on the ground floor off work, there is no staff and no breakfast in the morning.

The room is good, its window is wonderful and you can hear nothing from outside train even though the hotel is very close to Zurich HB.

Shower was stained, maybe they need to use some good timescale remover. Was a little hot, as I had a room under the roof. A/C could have worked faster.

The sound insulation could be improved (especially sound coming from the corridors). The check-in process is fully automated, so I did not interact with any staff.

The room was small but comfortable, with a stylish bathroom. The price was reasonable for the location.

We had mountain Titlis made of dust under our bed, it was so bad, I would wake up with stuffy nose. The pillows were awful. Inconsistencies when the little coffee bar was filled in - sometimes no stirrers, only one pack of sugar and etc. On 13th of Feb the young blond lady downstairs at the brasserie - I found her rather rude!

Location was 11 out of 10. I loved the way the room was decorated.
