Check-in process isn't great. Reception can't seem to check you in, only help you at the automated check-in screens which weren't without problems. Room was very small (mostly due to poor design - e.g. bathroom was almost as big as the bedroom) and clearly designed by someone who has never stayed in a hotel before. The bed was pushed up to one wall so one person struggled to get in and out without disturbing the other during the night. However, this wasn't done because there wasn't enough room, it's because they put a large chair and Smeg fridge in the room taking up valuable space. There was also huge wardrobe space that wasn't necessary and took up more valuable space. The lighting was incredibly poor too. The main light was terrible and no good for anything. Then one bedside lamp was huge and took up most of the very small bedside table. We had to move over another lamp from the desk to be able to read in bed. It strongly felt like they have prioritised looks over functionality. It looks lovely, but staying in the room highlighted it wasn't very practical at all. The hairdryer also needs to have the button pressed constantly and was uncomfortable to use. The walls are paper thin and we could hear conversations in the next room. We had very little human contact during our stay as the reception staff spend most of their time in the back room and only come out if someone is waiting. It all felt very anonymous. Overall, for the price we paid and the fact it was Radisson, we were very disappointed. We stayed in three hotels during our trip and this was by far the worst yet also the most expensive.

Hmmm!! I'm not usually one to comment in the "didn't like" sections.... but... I didn't like: 1. The constant bombardment of automated notifications and emails. 2. Automated check in - No friendly staff member to welcome you. So,,, check yourself in and print your own room key. I can imagine tired people would struggle with that. Not sure if this is a budget hotel chain !?! 3. Small room

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfast is delightful, the rooms are very beautiful, clean, and comfortable! You can't hear the neighbors, nor the cars outside. After reading reviews about this hotel, I was a bit worried about the check-in, but everything was very easy and quick! There is always friendly staff ready to help with any questions at the hotel. The hotel only enhanced our incredible journey through Switzerland. A big thank you to the team of staff for their excellent work!

The small size of the room, the absence of room lighting in the bed area, the kettle which would not stay switched on unless I held the switch, the ceiling of bare concrete slabs, the fact that I stayed for two nights and the room was not cleaned, nor the bed made and the refreshments, (tea, coffee, milk, etc.) were not replenished during the stay. There was no information of value in the room, such as instructions for accessing the wi-fi, a restaurant menu, etc, no room service available.

I didn't have breakfast as simply too expensive. Location was very convenient for me. Room was warm and quiet.

The internet in the room was lousy, not working most of the time. We had to go to the lobby to work. The room was very small and the air conditioning never really refreshed it. We think it was working because of the noise, nor for any fresh air.

1 - The (check-in/out) self service system is not working properly (yet), and the staff is not prepared for contingencies. 2 - They only schedule room maintenance if you stay a minimum of 4 days, but there is no warning in advance. 3 - The rooms are small, with a lot of light fixtures, but there are no phones to call the front desk, for instance. 4 - There was a problem with my reservation (number of rooms and breakfast), and once again, the staff was not prepared. They’ve even yelled and threatened me and my family, when I argued that they had to take care of it with “booking.com”. When I called for the manager, a Mr. Frank came to talk, and kept putting all the fault in “booking.com”. Summing up, nothing was resolved, no apologies were made, I paid for 3 rooms (when booked for just 2), and had no breakfasts whilst there.

Self check in didn’t work, took us soooo much time to get the keys! Stuff unpleasant. Breakfast standard, nothing exceptional. And no options for late drinks- no bar, no restaurant, nothing near the hotel. The hotel left us a feeling that we are not wanted there.

The room was not properly clean, was dust on the furnitures and lamps. Some lights in the room were not working. I found some screws on the floor when I have entered the room. In the gym, half of the cardio machines were not working. The maintenance of this place is really poor.

The room was very basic and the reception support was almost non-existent. It is a basically a room rental and in my view not a hotel as a normal traveller would understand.

Great location. 15 min from the airport by tram. 2 min walking distance from a tram stop. 30 min to the center of Zurich by tram. Very clean, quiet, very friendly staff.
