They have a serious issue with their fire alarm system. On the second night I was woken up at 12.20am by their fire alarm system, ordered to head outside into the street and stand there for half an hour in the rain, while the fire brigade came and turned the alarm off. It looks like no staff is present there at night, so if there is an alarm (which seems to happen often as there are notes in the elevators) the place gets evacuated and everyone has to wait. Terrible situation that needs correcting.

For that standard of accomodation, I would expect the room to be cleaned everyday. The parking fee should be flexible should the customer leaves the car only during the night or 24/24.

The room in general is really small (excluding the bathroom that is large). The sheets were very small for the bed (didn’t even covered the mattress). SECURITY - the fire alarm start sounding at 1am on one of the nights and everybody had to evacuate - no explanation was given. The alarm is super weird, instead of an alarm sound (ringing) it’s a man talking loud - which was scary as it seemed to be someone in our room. - the door for the room has a “slow closing system” that takes a lot of time to close the door (even if you force it). I personally found it dangerous, since someone else could easily slide in. KITCHEN - there’s only 2 of each (fork, knife, spoon, plate, glass etc) so for two people is kind of complicated to manage. - the oven is not a real oven, it’s a microwave/oven. If you plan to do anything “more elaborate” forget it.

It’s a good location, near supermarkets and public transportation. The cleaning was good (1x per week). The bed was comfortable and the showe had good pressure.

I was very positively surprised by this place. Sparkling clean and spacious rooms include everything that is needed. Comfortable bed, kitchen with all utensils, well arranged common spaces. The location is perfect for people visiting zurich city, just 10 minutes from the airport and 20 from the center.

A bit far to the city centre but it is possible to use to it.

Love this place. Self check in and check out, perfect room for the leisure, extremely clean, close to the shops.

We stayed in this hotel before and also this time it was great! the room is so nice, super comfortable bed and specious bathroom. Room was clean and very nice as we like this modern design. Hotel is located close to stores, some restaurants but is also well connected with other parts of the city.

the check in process if you booked multiple rooms is a huge pain in the behind. you have to repeat the very slow touch screen log in process multiple times. that itself is a reason not to come back.

Close to the tram station. good location with supermarket around the corner. simple and fuss free. great common areas with possibility of warm food from vending machines.

Housekeeping staff unable to communicate in English or German but only Italian. Quiet unfriendly too. Also, reception staff in the afternoon is more helpful and accommodating.
