We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyThe "Self-Check-In" was a nightmare. Even the online check-in done the day before was not available at the Self-Check-In Booth, the reservation numbers provided by mail from Radisson did not work, so manual support by the Hotel Staff was needed to make it work. Either get the software running or get back to a traditional reception / check-in.

IndiaThe location was a bit off the center & there were few options to eat. I didn't like the concept of self check in as their system kept annoying everyone. Also the bad part is they don't allow to check in even a minute before their check in time, which is bad, coz most of the hotels allow to check in a few hours earlier.
Loved the facilities, the room was available with a kitchenette & kitchen ware which was great. The room had dishwasher as well.. perfect to cook by yourself

United StatesThe room looked like it had been cleaned in a hurry and was not up to the standard it should have been. There were long hairs visible on the shower floor and some sort of food on the wall opposite the kitchenette that was not cleaned up.
Great lobby area and the restaurant had literally the best spaghetti I’ve had in my life. The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Clean and quite; enough space in the room and staff onsite very supportive. The ease of access to the restaurant was a bonus too and breakfast was alright. The collaboration with the restaurant is great; staff are willing residents to assist even on printing documents when needed. Staff are available to support resident despite it being self-checkin and check-out.

IndiaDuring breakfast, I found plates dirty. It was not properly cleaned. Even some of the bread were missing. When I asked then staff replied " It is empty". There is no sound proof room. If your neighboring room tv is one then you can hear the sound. Even if they talk it's clearly audible. In my room, some of the kitchen plates were dirty. It was smelling like anything. Informed to housekeeping staff on next day morning but at the evening it was same.
