PortugalThere was an overall lack of cleanliness in the common spaces (carpets and seats with trash (papers and plastics) and stains either in the lobby and in the corridors). The worst part was that in one of the rooms there was a blood stain on the shower floor so we had to change to another room (the hotel did us an upgrade). Nevertheless there was hair on the floor in one room and between some of the towels in another room. The hotel should have an audit to the cleaning procedures.
Hotel location and wide and easily accessible parking. Friendly staff, especially Carlos at the reception desk. Confortable beds. Breakfast with good variety.

GermanyI had an uncomfortable experience the last day, related to breakfast policy and staff attitude, I tried to have a yoghurt in my room while preparing for check-out and the staff took it from my hand while I was waiting for the elevator to my room. It was quite distasteful in my opinion and it felt as if I was stealing the yoghurt. I would highly recommend looking into this as it was not really the best way to inform me that I wasn’t allowed to bring food for the breakfast buffet upstairs.
Stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a good stay. New building and freshly decorated rooms with a small kitchen.

GermanyMy room didn’t have a body wash or the bottle was empty. That’s what you pay 250 CHF (> 300 EUR) for, per night, to be forced to use hair shampoo as a body wash. The room lighting was extraordinarily dim, not sure why. The staff was very neutral, nothing particularly unpleasant or delightful. The coffee kit was not refilled next day neither the used towels were replaced.No complementary water bottle is served. Overall, 2 nights were ok but I would avoid a long stay here or explore other options too at this price point.
Except the location pretty much everything was just okay, nothing special. Not truly felt as a Radisson offspring.

United StatesIt’s hot inside the room because the ac doesn’t blow air strong enough. So you can rather treat all the rooms as non-ac. And there wasn’t any body wash. Even after requesting at the reception, we still didn’t get any.
Room and bathroom was clean and bed was very comfortable. Convenient location from tram stop and close to Zürich airport. We stored out luggages as we arrived early and also checked in 30 mins early as soon as room became available. Friendly staff at the reception

Everything was fantastic. The location was superb. There were two metro stops close by where you can board a metro train straight into town and, the hotel is not far from the airport - which can be reached by metro. The staff were superb - especially, the reception staff. I will be staying here again whenever I visit Zürich again. First class all round. Very quiet at Radisson after a hectic day out without no disturbances from your neighbours.

SwitzerlandCheck in is by yourself on check in stations. They ask for a lot of information and it takes way longer than at a front desk. They cut back on personnel and let you do all the work, and for that it's quite expensive.

Japan• One of the staff member had a belly free top which i think is a little inappropriate for a hotel staff. Even if it is paired with a blazer.. • Payed extra for early checkin but the room wasn‘t read. After checkin the washing machine inside the room was on and inside the sink were what seems to be breadcrumbs.

HungaryBreakfast was a disaster. From 6 to 10 am, but from 9:15 staff has already started cleaning and not servicing the guests' needs. Reason is that the restaurant shall open for early lunch from 11:30 am. Breakfast is the same boring stuff as usual from any hotel network, just the quality is below average. In Switzerland - the home of cheese - provide only the cheapest camembert available? Bacon is thick, eggs are salty like hell, no fruits and/or croissants after 9am. Seemingly lack of trained staff. The way the restaurant tries to maximise its profits goes against quality of foods and services. (Dinner was normal, pricing heavy as usual) Our presence was a kind of Scotch mist... IndiaStaff arrogant, not listening, need more training in hospitality and humanity both. Facility was very less. One common toilet and visitors too many. Early check in request not entertained even after promising extra payment whereas group check out had happened 5 hrs before. Guests keep on waiting all the time. No water, no tea, nothing.

SlovakiaI had a very bad experience with the self check-in process and the staff at this hotel. We booked through a platform and expected an upgrade because I’m a Genius Level 3 member. However, after applying the upgrade, a new reservation was created, and we had to cancel the original one and rebook, which meant we were charged twice! The staff seemed clueless about what was happening, and the manager wasn’t interested in listening or understanding why we had two bookings. They just wanted us to pay again, which we did, thinking it would be resolved later and we’d get a refund. But nothing happened, even after the booking platform confirmed we should get our money back. The hotel hasn’t responded to any of my messages, so it seems they’re okay with being paid twice for the same stay. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
