I loved the view of this hotel! It is also only a walking distance from the Wilderswil train station which makes it very convenient if you’re traveling to places like Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen, and Grindelwald. The neighborhood is not crowded. It is very quiet and peaceful.

My recent stay at Jungfrau Hotel Wilderswil was nothing short of extraordinary—it was truly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed by the warm and attentive staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Charlotte and the lady room attendant were very friendly and made me feel home during my stay. The room view was absolutely breathtaking—each morning felt like a dream as I woke up in awe of the stunning scenery. It was the kind of view that makes you pause, take a deep breath, and feel grateful for the moment. Truly unforgettable! I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends travelling to Switzerland. My experience was so exceptional that I’m already looking forward to returning—it’s a place I’d gladly revisit!

Nothing, this hotel is a gem.

Location is great, close to train station where easy to get access to the nearby attractions. (loved the free train ticket to Interlaken). The room was nice with view to the mountains and the bed was very confortable. Breakfast selection was better than what we got in the other hotels travelling around Europe. But mostly we liked the staff, all very friendly and helpful. It is a great hotel with good value for the money.

We booked two rooms for two people each, with breakfast included, for our group of four. Upon check-in, the receptionist confirmed '4 people, right?' but then insisted we owed extra for breakfast, claiming we hadn't registered one person per room. Despite showing her our booking confirmation with breakfast clearly listed, she demanded an additional 60 francs (20 francs per day for two people). I feel completely misled and unfairly charged. This contradicts my understanding of the booking and my past experiences with Booking.com. While I paid to avoid further complications, I'm extremely dissatisfied and seek clarification and a refund.

The room offered a pristine environment and absolutely stunning panoramic views. The breakfast was a culinary delight, truly exquisite. And the location? Perfect! You're just steps from the train station. A minor detail, the shower curtain, could have been cleaner, but the overall experience was exceptional."

The hotel is a very good option for being near Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen areas. We skied every day, and found the drive up and down quite easy, about 20 minutes. Or you could use the train, which is walking distance from hotel. The breakfast is excellent. There is hotel restaurant for dinner and there are other nearby restaurants and grocery stores as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and had a great view of the mountains to view sunset. Staff service was excellent. Our sink stopper got stuck and they sent up 3 different staff until they finally fixed it. The receptionist who resembled Halle berry was excellent too. We booked the annex for the second day by accident, and she was able to connect the stay with Jungfrau for 2 days straight. Danke!

The washroom is too small and I can't really enjoy my shower. A little smell in the room but I am not sure what the smell is. Small room but you paid what you get. .

Breakfast is great! It is a little quiet and beautiful town and it's a walkable distance from the train station. But you need to take a bus (bus105) from Interlaken west station to Wilderswil. If you go to Jungfrau, it's super convenient by train and nearer.

A bit run down but well maintained. A bit cold in the room, but closet to midnight the room got heated up.

Would have liked to have some plant-based options at breakfast like hot oatmeal or plant milk for cereal. A mini fridge in our room would be helpful.

Very convenient walk from train station. Quiet and peaceful. Karima at reception desk was extremely helpful and friendly our entire stay. We requested to extend our stay for a third night and she made it possible to keep us in our original room. She helped us with a running route suggestion for my husband and also the best train to Zurich Flughafen.

The hotel is near to train station. The hotel provide breakfast as well and the food is delicious and value for money. Eventhough the place is in small village but its better since its quite at night. And the view when u wake up every morning is beautiful with the sound of cows bells and beautiful horses. The staffs also very friendly and nice.
