Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. A great room with a good view. Dinner was excellent and the staff very welcoming. A good location and you are able to leave your skis etc close to the lift free of charge.

Very clean, delicious food and very nice and helpful hotel stuff. The hotel offers taxi services to and from the train statin and also provides vouchers to the ski deposit at the ski lift so there is no need to carry the equipment back to the hotel every day. It was super helpful for us.
Exceptional location with stunning view from the balcony and very close to the ski lift.

The restaurant menu was a little limited.
We were upgraded to a panorama room which had exceptional views of the mountains. The room was warm and clean, and there was plenty of cupboard space. The breakfast was exceptional. All staff were polite and friendly. Although the hotel is not in the village centre, we were allowed to leave our skis and boots in the ski shop by the cable car, which meant the walk out and back was not a problem

Nothing! If you want a spa there are options in town for this.
The hotel is excellent. A great location overlooking the town. A short although steep walk to the lifts but the ski and boot locker is right by then and a great facility. A good breakfast that met expectations. The staff are very friendly, helpful and polite.

Breakfast has only few options and very repetitive if you are staying long. I would recommend them to add more salty and sweet options, and also need to adapt to vegan/halal/veggie guests.
The location of the hotel, the views are great and general cleanliness.

They collected us from the station with all our luggage and took us straight to the hotel. Very comfortable and clean and a great location too! The staff are great too. Sarah was amazing! Always willing to help no matter what and gave great suggestions on what to do locally. Shelly in the breakfast restaurant was great too! very happy and polite. So close to the cable car for mannlichen which is a great place aswll.

The amazing views and the old charm of the hotel, within easy walking distance to the village centre. The hospitality of staff members John and Nathalie was exceptional - both very friendly and professional. Breakfast and dinner was excellent.

The panoramic room view was good, though was not as expected and showed in pictures. This caused disappointment due to high expectation. The room was having mountains view but it was facing the backyard of the huge building in front. Therefore, the value of money was not achieved.
The entertainment halls and the tea service at the lobby. The dinner service and the staff at the restaurant was exceptional.

Hotel facilities are excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel facilities are exceptional, including a coffee corner in the hall, and a separate leisure room with variety choices of board games, as well as a pool table, table football, and a game table. The room provides all you will need. The TV also very good compared to many other hotels we stayed so far, lots of channels from over the world. They also provided us with two bottle of complementary apple sparkling juice. Toilet also makes a home-like atmosphere. My whole family were enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Additionally, the hotel provided car to pick up/drop off our luggages from/to the train station. It also got a storage room for us to store our luggages, free of charge, after we checked out.

The walls are very thin. Could easily hear neighbors in adjoining rooms. Be aware if you are a light sleeper.

The View of the hotel is amazing, I would say one of the best in Wengen. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The stay was very cozy and relaxxing. Breakfast was good and had a lot of choices.
