The trek uphill from the train station is challenging, especially when we had our luggage and bags.

The view was amazing, perching above the town with majestic mountains and hills. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly and helpful

Because it was located near the top of the town, we had to walk uphill to get to it, however that really didn’t bother us.

Fantastic views of the mountains and the tip of the Lauterbrunnen valley from our room on the 4th floor. We could open the curtains in the morning and lie in bed and look up at the mountains. I spent a lot of time sitting in the balcony looking at the view, but there was also a lovely view from the terrace outside. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The moutain view outside the window is fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and has many kinds. The staffs are kind and helpful, coincidently we had a lucky ride to the station. We will come again. Thank you.

The slope up to the hotel is a bit tiring with the luggage. However the hotel will be happy to arrange a ride to and from the train station if required.

We love the egg mayonnaise and tuna mix with the bread. Good Swiss breakfast to start our day. :)

There wasnt a fridge to store items, but there was a safe. The road to the hotel had uphills but it was worth it for the vjew.

Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff were extremely accomodating and the hotel room had a balcony with awesome views that we enjoyed. Best hotel of our trip!

We were initially given a tiny room, much smaller than we paid for. While this was a real negative, after complaining, the hotel operator switched us to the proper room. Breakfast was disappointing, as there was no hot food (eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, etc.)

Magnificent views from the hotel due to its location on a hill. Friendly staff, room had a balcony with direct views of the Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau, adequate charging outlets and closet storage.
