Fantastic location looking over the valley. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. I frequently saw staff interacting with guests, asking about their stay and offering their knowledge of the area. Very glad we chose to stay with the folks at the Jungfraublick and highly recommend it to others.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room .and the shower needs updating. . Easy access rather than having to climb inside the bath.

The view from the room was impeccable. I liked their free coffee and tea at the lobby. Water from the tap is clean and drinkable. They offered to pick us up from the train station

the staff was amazing, breakfast was very delicious every morning and we had a beautiful view from our hotel room. the service was exceptional, Monica helped us above and beyond - making our stay more enjoyable!

Team very helpful and friendly. View from balcony breathtaking- would advise staying in one of the rooms with a mountain view. Rooms immaculate. Excellent breakfast choice. Cannot recommend highly enough. 10/10 for everything and would not hesitate to stay again.

we experienced wonderful time here! The lady and grandpa in reception are very friendly. They help us a lot, including providing shuttle car, sharing traveling information and answering all questions we have. Furthermore, grandpa even shared some knowledge about cows and villages with us so that we have deeper understanding to the local culture. we will definitely choose this hotel again and thank you a lot.

Great Hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Monica at the reception who went above and beyond to help us. The hotel itself is very clean and located in the beautiful town/village of Wengen. The rooms had the most brilliant view and we could have easily spent our whole vacation in the balcony just looking over the Swiss alps. The staff helped us transport our luggage to and from the train station (which is just a 10 min walk from the hotel). Breakfast was good, and I will definitely return.

The hotel is wonderful. We were on the 3rd floor with fantastic views of the mountains and the town of Wengen itself. The room was clean and a pleasure to stay in. The bathroom is good though the shower which worked wonderfully is a little odd. The staff a very friendly and helpful and if we came back to Wengen we would stay here again. The town is made wonderful by the fact no car are allowed and it is very quiet. There is an excellent array of restaurants the hotel only opening its restaurant at the weekend. The Tourist Information is excellent and most helpful. A beautiful place to spend a week relaxing.

The prices was considerably higher than I would have preferred.

The view was magnificent! We had a balcony view of the village Wengen and the alps. The staff were excellent, provided courtesy lift from train station and recommended things to do during our stay. The breakfast was plentiful. They provided and excellent breakfast area, beautiful display of food selections, coffee and drinks to choose. The hotel location was good, a short walk to restaurants, shopping and gondola.
