The room can get a little warm and stuffy-- open the windows but make sure to keep the sheer curtain shut or else lots of bugs will get in at night!

Due to new staff, room not ready when told it was check in time. For an American it’s strange not to be given wash clothes! I didn’t understand taking out the second towel on the second to last day... as I was only one person. Seemed a bit trivial!

the location, very steep climb to reach the place, every time you wanted to go down to the market area, coming back to the hotel was very very tiring, and the hotel for some reason had very limited eating options.

The view from our balcony was awesome. We could see Jungfrau. Breakfast buffet was too good.. The hotel had storage room for luggage. Main Train station and cable car station (to Männlichen) just few minutes away by walk. Lobby has wifi and free coffee, tea. They also have Board games. TV had International channels.

The views were amazing! the rooms were comfortable and had plenty of space! the staff was exceptional!!! Viktor went out of his way to help us secure a dentist when my wife was suffering from an infected tooth! we cannot praise Jungfraubick enough!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room safe was old, low quality, and unreliable. Housekeeping staff attempted to fix it by replacing batteries. But the buttons would then beep, but nothing happened. It did not lock. It didn’t seem trustworthy enough to put my things in and possibly not be able to get them out. A room safe should briefly display the numbers you input as your custom code for verification prior to locking. The room safes should be replaced with modern, reliable ones that are big enough for a laptop, camera, etc. The Wi-Fi was very slow. Streaming music had to pause and buffer content regularly. These mechanical things (safe and Wi-Fi) can be remedied. This hotel was overpriced. It was about the same price as classic mountain hotels nearby in Wengen which have superior furnishings and construction along with in-house restaurants (which also improves their breakfast offerings).

Wengen is famous for its grand old mountain hotels. This is not one of those. It is more modern with simulated wood modular furnishings. They are working on adding artwork depicting old Wengen. So they are actively developing a more artistic, individual setting. It is a functional hotel. The staff makes an effort to provide good service. The room was nice. The shelves and power outlets by each side of the bed were helpful. The balcony was good sized and had a good view over to Jungfrau but Lauterbrunnen Valley was obscured by other buildings on the first floor. On the balcony there was a metal arm for hanging laundry to dry or air. That was useful. The breakfast was pretty good and varied. The presentation was nice. The coffee machine in the lobby area that freshly ground beans to make espresso was good to have for early morning coffee before the breakfast started. They were very careful with COVID protocols. Hand sanitizer was available in several places, including right by the coffee machine with a sign asking people to sanitize before using the machine buttons. I arrived early and they let me store luggage prior to check in. And I had to depart very early and they made me breakfast bag to take with me. That is appreciated service.

we had 2 rooms, the one with the mountain view was bigger and indeed, with a view that made me feel that i shoud have booked both rooms with mountain views! breakfast was good both from a variety as well as quality point of view.

This is only a minute constructive criticism.. It would be nice if there were more space to hang clothes in the bathroom, for after you’ve been in the shower … Like maybe a couple of hooks behind the door. and the shower is very dark.. These are not issues at all. Just suggestions.

The location is great. It is only 5-7min walking from train or cable cart to the most popular sight seen you wished in the area. The hotel room view was stunning from the balcony. Very easy check-in and check-out system even if you are late check-in, you can do online check-in by yourself. The Wegen village is very relaxing for walking or hiking around, many hiking trails just around the hotel. Reception staff was friendly helpful all the time. Will definitely come back again!

As we were a family of three I felt the rooms were small, a little bigger one would have been a wow, but the staffs with their big heart made it up though. Providing a kettle and tea bags in the room would have been nice.

The scenic view from the hotel was wonderful. The staffs were very nice and warm. The food at the restaurant was nice- it’s good if the local delicacy is explored, if regional food is expected ( Asian etc) then you would not have options- but why to eat your own recipes when you travel.

The photos shown and hence the price per room per night vs the reality of the room. Extremely different. Was so shocked. Its almost as if I got cheated. They mentioned panaromic view - but it was a joke. AVOID, its a trap. It was the lowlight of my otherwise amazing Swiss trip. Plus the person sitting on the reception in the morning was extremely rude.

The view from our room was beautiful! Easy to access, the staff were very helpful. Great location to stay rather than Lauterbrunnen which is very busy with tourism but is a 5 minute train ride away. Cute deck out the front of the hotel which serves food and drinks every night.

No fans whilst it was really hot, no exhaust in the bathroom which had toilet too.

The views were amazing and the terrace sitting area was magical in the evening. B’fast was nothing exceptional but was a good spread. The room was really small and could be made better by providing atleast water.
