The room had marks in the sink. There was no robe, slippers and some toiletries missing. There rooms and the hallway was too dark

Staff wasn't interested in finding solutions for problems. Parking.

The style of the room was really nice! The bed had only one mattress that was perfect! The bathtub and bathroom itself was really nice and the doors were a really nice touch! Even if there was a wedding in the hotel it was really quiet in the room.

(really pretty minor): The specialised lighting-control system in the room was tricky to master, some hard to read. The aircon unit didn't seem to be working well, but thankfully the weather was cooler than normal.

My stay started immediately well with Rafael greeting me at reception....really pleasant and professional. Had nice exchanges with all staff, definitely the friendly cooks of the superb omelettes (an excellent breakfast buffet). My room and bed were very comfortable, too.

Our room "deluxe king room" was supposed to take a max of 3ppl but it was a bit tight since the extra bed gets in the way of walking.

Everything good so far, friendly staff and we got an extra bed for our room since we were 3. Spa area has 1 steam bath and 2 saunas which worked perfectly and kept clean.

Price of the breakfast it’s quite high for what you get. Not a big fan of the money decoration.

The deluxe room is beautiful however the bathroom is given too much importance with a tub which isn’t as useful, takes away the charm of a 30 sq mt room, and because of the bathroom - the room looks really small The lighting is also quite dim for evenings in the room. Two people can’t use the bathroom together - as the bath area and toilet are connected by a translucent separation Also - wish we could open the window a little bit

There is not much to say, but the price for just the short stay with breakfast was quite high, especially since there was no need for any of the facilites besides a short visit of the gym, the breakfast and the room itself.

It was a short business stay which fit my needs. The hotel is well located and although almost on the corner of a big road I had a good night in a quiet room. The room was clean and in good shape, besides the button to switch off the AC which was quite resistant until it reacted.

Bed and pillows were too soft and the room was rather dusty like the headboard and the side tables.

the hotel was modern and spacious enough and i loved the bathtub. Hotel was 20 mins away from main city centre but easily accessible by tram so no issues for us.

The windows were facing an inside room so there was no view and no natural light. We could not open the windows at all. There wasn't enough light in the room.

Everything was good no complaints.

The hotel is 10/15 minutes from Zurich centre on tram/bus route. Close to supermarkets. Staff were all very helpful. Room/Bathroom was very nice plenty of space/towels and amenities. English/American Breakfast buffet was very good. Had dinner in the Italian restaurant and it was excellent.We enjoyed our stay and would stay again

Decoration of the room, originality, design, bottle of watter as gift, good shower gel / shampoo. Overall price for value vas excellent. Also possibility to check out 1 our later (1PM) without being charged. If more time is spent innthe room, it's 20CHF per hour, which is fair ! Good mood at check in and check out, efficient staff.

The air conditioner did not seem to be working well and the room was quite warm. The location was a bit far from the center but there was transit close by.

The room was very cute and stylish. Loved the bath tub and design of the washroom!
