The room was small and in case you are three people, you receive a bed in the wall that it expands and that you have to do by yourself, leading to an even smaller room. The bathroom was as well little. No fridge or coffee maker.

The staff were very kind and helpful, they helped us with some of our queries. They also promptly gave us an extra pillow when we asked for it. The breakfast was nice. The hotel location is perfect.

My bathroom was smelly because the drain of the shower was assembled incorrectly. Luckily I knew how to fix that. Also despite good windows, noise from the alley got up to my room and I had to use earplugs (at 1 AM!).

Amazing location right in the old town and a short walk from the main train station. Breakfast was good (though not awesome).

Rooms very small. Only one towel. Check-in process lengthy, people friendly but their system appears to be a challenge.

Soundproof rooms. Location in the middle of Bern close to restaurants. Luggage lockers. Could easily extend my stay to two nights.

Perfect location and the welcome was absolutely fantastic. We arrived early and the staff were so helpful and put our bag into a secure cupboard with none of the “ check in is later” that you can get . The food in the hotel restaurant was not the best available but perfectly fine,tasty and value for money. Breakfast was equally adequate. Would 100% stay again .

There wasnt anything that disappointed us.

The room was spacious and a really good size for two adults and our 17year old son. The games room and tea/coffee station were a welcome addition for our stay. The location was perfect close to the station and other public transport

I would only mention room temperature, a bit hot the first night and a bit cold the second, but it didn't make the stay any less enjoyable.

We enjoyed everything, Bern is lovely and the hotel is perfect in every sense, clean, comfortable, location, breakfast, roof panoramics... and nicest personnel

Unfortunately, the second room faced the elevator, so a lot of light would come through the curtains and you could hear the elevator. I had an eyemask and earplugs so I slept well. It was really only this room, the others are all well positioned and I think it was cause the hotel was full that they had to give me this one. I really didn't mind as I was only there for 2 nights, but I'd recommend not staying in room 317.

Spacious rooms, with a modern bathroom and large shower. The room was quite nice and the breakfast simple but some nice options. The location is perfect right in the heart of the old town!The staff were friendly, well-mannered and accommodating. I didn't like my initial room, given that there was some road noise outside, the staff quickly found me a new room on a higher floor. The second room had some issues, which were minor, but I didn't want to complain again. My stay there was really pleasant and I would go back again!

Getting to the room was sort of confusing. They weren't numbered by floor, just sequentially. We were in a room in the 20's but it was on the 1st floor in the corner of a tower

Very nice breakfast and great location, right in the middle of the Altstadt. Staff was extremely helpful, gave great directions to parking and phenomenal recommendations for restaurants nearby.
