I knew that bath and toilet was on the floor but the shower on 4. Th floor were I stay was so tiny / no place to put the clothes while showering and no ventilation and then I thought it was strange that my room was not cleaned the 4 nights I stayed there/ not even the basket was emptied.

Sound proof is not the best. Gap around a door. Not very comfortable electrical plugs - closest to the bed is burned off with light switch. But this is minor issues - over all good basic hotel

Quite noisy at night with the bar just under our room. The heating was extremely high and the room too warm even if we stopped it before the night.

There was construction right next to the hotel. Nothing that the hotel can do about it, but just to let you know that at least during March, bring earplugs because the work starts early!

The location of this hotel is really good for the price! The rooms, albeit small, are very stylish and clean. This was my second time staying here and I have been satisfied both times.

There was noise from the nearby bars until late, and the curtains did not blind the room well, but with earplugs and an eye mask this can be overcome.

The late check-in was easy to organise, the room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. Soap, shampoo, shower gel, désinfectant, towels are provided. Close to the train station and to bars and restaurants.

Just 1 shower on Floor 4. This can be challenging for some people. I personally had no issues with this since I was bathing before 6 am in the morning.

Excellent location. Right in the middle of the action and just 5 mins walk from Zurich HB. All key attractions are walking distance. Restaurants and bars are all around the property. Staff on duty is very helpful. Overall property is very quiet and peaceful.

Pros: -Exceptional service at reception -Cozy atmosphere -Amenities like hand lotion and a hairdryer -Elevator -You can keep your luggage at reception (limited hours) Upon arrival, the warm welcome from the reception staff set a positive tone for my entire stay. They were not only professional but also genuinely friendly. I booked the standard room (No. 41), which, though small, was clean and tastefully decorated. Despite being advertised as a city view, be prepared for a close-up view of the adjacent building and trash containers, generating extra noise at night and in the early morning. The room included slippers, a large towel, and one coffee capsule. While the bed size was good enough, the mattress was too soft for my preference. The pillow met expectations, and the standout feature was the cozy blanket. Staying in December, the room was consistently warm, requiring me to keep the windows open for fresh air, exposing me to additional outside noise. Free earplugs are available in the common room near reception, a must for a good night's sleep. I'd like to mention that the ceilings are quite low, potentially uncomfortable for individuals taller than 170cm. Facility-wise, there are only two toilets (one for men and one for women) on each floor, along with one small shower. With full occupancy, it might be insufficient, but during my stay, it was manageable. The facilities were clean, and amenities like soap and shampoo were provided in the shower room. The hotel also offers a hairdryer. Hand lotion was available near each sink, a thoughtful touch. There are two communal spaces. The first one resembles a kitchen equipped with complimentary tea, coffee (with free sugar, milk powder, coffee powder, and tea bags). Guests are welcome to use the fridge and microwave. The second room offers a delightful view of the river, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The standout feature is undoubtedly the location, which is more than perfect.

Location is perfect accessible to all,few min from central train station & bus station for day tours.i love the room overlooking the river.I would definitely comeback & recommend it.

Could use more power sockets but thankfully I brought my own. It was very cold in the room so I struggled as someone from Southeast Asia. You can sometimes hear noise from the other room if people were shouting.

The rooms were very spacious and really good value for money in the context of Zürich. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and responded to my messages in the Booking.com app. The location is excellent! You can reach a lot of the great attractions by foot, and there is great food in the area at different price points. It's also right in front of a tram stop so you can easily go anywhere.
