Vicky went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, very helpful and thoughtful. breakfast provided was of a high standard with plenty of variety full use of kitchen most welcomed to cook and store foods

The view from the balcony to the lake is beautiful. It is not as dirty as mentioned in the comments. The free parking is really useful since we were traveling with a car.

the rooms was a bit outdated, but nothing too bad. could be better if instant coffee or tea was provided in the room.

Every thing was ok.

Room was okay. View from the room‘s balcony is amazing, specially in morning. Breakfast was good and the place was clean. Staff is really nice and cooperative. They are available anytime you need them. No parking problem, it’s just in front of hotel and free. It’s quite close to the visiting places of Interlaken.

Trains are hourly so you have to plan your trip to Interlaken Ost.

The Hotel was close to the train station however, Interlaken Ost is 2 stations away (7 minute train ride). The only unfortunate part is that trains are hourly. Other than that its great! Good breakfast, room and amazing view. Tushar who manages the hotel is wonderfully helpful. The hotel also offers a few food options in case you arrive late or dont feel like going out to eat. Ask Tushar and he will help you out.

The shower curtain was positioned very weirdly, so it was almost impossible to not wet the whole bathroom. (we had to ask for many extra towels, which were immediately provided every time)

Tushar, the manager - I believe - made everything in his power to make our experience great! The views from the room and the breakfast area were out of this world! Definitely recommend staying there!

We left our key to the front desk on our 3rd day ,left a note and requested for our room to be cleaned since they have a note in the front desk if clients request for cleaning. Unfortunately when we returned in the afternoon, they changed our towels, added some roll tissues ,did our beds but werent sure if the bedsheets were changed. Nonetheless we decided to overlook the issue and enjoyed our stay.

The location is great, the hotel is located within the quiet and small town of niederried, a minute walk from the train station, going back and not far from the busyness of interlaken ost where our 6day itenerary was held. Our hotel is in decent size. We have our own bathroom, so its a plus for us, and also the overlooking view of the lake from our balcony. Our breakfast was included in our booking. The breakfast buffet was great! So yeah if you are looking for a hotel not far and quiet from interlaken ost and have a great view of the lake and with a private bathroom and buffet breakfast and with a decent price. This is for you.

The view from the room balcony is splendid Staff is great and attentive to your needs. Parking os conveniently great at no cost. There is a train station nearby, from where you can easily reach Interlaken, Brienz and othercattarctions

The room in itself was pretty okey but not that modern though. Should change the soap bar to liquid soap instead. Even though the room had fantastic view there is room for improvement of the room in general to a more modern style of room.

The location of the hotel and the service & the kindness of the hotel staff was exceptional. The view from the room was very beautiful.

No lift, rooms are very basic for the price we pay.

It has a great view to the Brienz lake. Staff is amazing specially Tushar, he is always available and support with a smile. The balcony is amazing, setting in a balcony is an activity by itself.

The rooms are a bit old, specially the bathroom we got, was not like in the pictures. The staff is friendly but sometimes hard to find. The location might not be the best if you´re planning to walk around the city as it´s a bit far (we had a car to go into the city, about 15 min drive) but the value for the money is better than in the city itself (for what I saw at the time).

The views to the lake are great and because it´s far from the city center is quiet if you´re loooking for a good night sleep. The beds are good and the rooms are big and with a balcony (at least the one we had). The breakfast in the morning is very good even if there're not many options, everything was fresh and very good (specially the croissants). The staff is friendly and welcoming.

The view from the room balcony was absolutely stunning. The beds were comfy. The staff was so friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was great!
