Some neighbor throws rocks at cars in the guest parking lot at night. Our car was damaged. The hotel staff doesn't want to do anything about it.

Everything was Dirty. Shabby. Grubby. Sheets stained, towels poor quality. Pillows very old and worn. No restaurant, no bar. Very dated, outdoor furniture all worn and dirty. Breakfast poor. Expensive for hostel type hotel.

The management owner was rude and did not care about needs, restruant and bar was never open and manager tried to rip me off for some laundry very disappointing. And people partying in rooms with no respect for time

Our “luxury room” (420 euros for 2 nights) was a poky little room: 2:60 by 2:60 maybe? Plus a narrow corridor and a small bathroom with a shower curtain that did not fit (so flooding after every shower). Small, old bedside lights, a blinding overhead light (in the very low ceiling). There is no way that this was a good or honest deal. The hotel seems to have been taken over by Indian owners or management recently. (Indian flag on the facade next to the Swiss one). Rubbish/broken furniture in evidence outside. The evening meal on offer was basically pizza and dal. Most surprising to find this on Booking.com’s list. This is not so much a hotel as a backpackers or family B&B). Half the price we paid would have been ok, if still pricy.

Very friendly reception (although hardly professional). Great view/location. Parking free and on the spot.

I was charged more than the cost of the reservation made. The room had 3 beds and we were 23 people ( 2 Adults and 1 child). The room capacity was three people inspired of that were charged more. We were travelling with special needs ,( autistic child) and we felt we had no choice but to pay for the room reservation. We had to pay before we could enter the room. Really bad experience. We will never recommend this property . The adress shows on priceline website is misleading it says interlaken when it is located in a different town.

Firstly I paid maximum in our entire tour. I paid $660 USD for 2 nights stay. This hotel is 8 km away from central Interlaken. The hotel is located on the lakeside, but area was like a village, nothing was available in surroundings. There is no elevators in the hotel, so carrying luggages to the upper floors were nightmare. It should be mentioned in the Books.com site. The rooms were too small and dirty. First time we ever saw non-white towels in any hotel and that were too dirty. Breakfast was horrible experience. Parking is there for few cars. In case somebody is late, will not find any parking at night. Stuffs were not always available in the reception. Only one person is working for everything the hotel. Overall, it was too pricey compared to services, facility and location.

Nothing went well in this hotel. Paid too much and experience is bad.

Really every thing was ok . Near bus station 1 minute walk . Near to Interlaken ost station . Room is clean . And the view was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and you could eat at your room. Also you could use the kitchen . Staff was so so nice and helpful . I would recommend this hotel for all .

Oh my gosh, the view!! It was unreal and better than we had expected. Free parking & balcony attached to our room were great touches. The hotel was about 4 minutes walk to the train station (8 minute train) where you can access the main town and visit restaurants etc. We visited just out of season so the local area wasn't immediately buzzing but that wasn't an issue.
