The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was raining heavily when we arrived early and they allowed us to check in early to the room, which was much appreciated. The bar/cafe in the foyer of the hotel was warm and inviting and again the staff were amazing.

The staff were not friendly. we could feel a bit of racism towards us. There was not even a laugh or hello. We asked for a room with view, it was not provided, still we were fine. but the room given to us was bit noicy from the surroundings.

The bathroom had a slight moldy smell . You could see there was mold that was removed and cleaned from the foot of the shower. The safe was not working.

They turned off the aircon so you have to open the windows but the problem is the noisy bars surrounding it. Difficult to sleep.

Some little things were out of place in regard of the price of the room (remote control for television repaired with adhesive tape, bathroom distributor on the lavabo..) . Not dramatic but could be improved

It has coffee and tea maker in the description, it has 'soundproof' in the description. This is not the case. Nice enough place and cleaning staff are lovely.

Great location by the river and only a few minutes from the railway station. Funky bar area downstairs. Nice people on the desk, they gave us a nice balcony overlooking the river.

The location along the lake. The 2 double deluxe rooms assigned to my family members had balconies overlooking the lake. That made their stay enjoyable. However my wife and I were assigned room #44, a deluxe double room obtained through booking com at a slightly lower price. Although the quality of big double bed was good and the bathroom fixtures were in good condition, the present state of the room was nowhere deluxe. In spite of our report that the bath gel container was empty, the tissue box had run out of contents, that there was just one small piece of soap and the walls of the bathroom and bedroom were dilapidated, no response at all was obtained from hotel management. We asked for a change of room for our second night. No response. It seemed they should not be bothered by guests' complaints. The compliment we could give is only to Ilina, the friendly lady receptionist who was attentive and friendly to us.

The check in to the room was completely automatic/problematic with no staff on hand to help and no possibility of early checkin.

We requested a late check out which was confirmed on the booking app but when we arrived we were told this is not possible since they were fully booked. This poor communication between the hotel and booking put a damper on our plans for the last day.

Room a bit tight, smaller than expected. No desk of any sort. Was not happy with staff. Both people I dealt with seemed disinterested in my needs and preoccupied with other things. No feeling of being welcomed at all. When I said that there was no TV remote the response was "I guess the TV is broken then". (And that was it, we had no TV). The climate control in the room worked, but (again) the remote was missing. Had to get it from the from desk, and it was missing buttons so that limited what we could do with the climate control machine. There is a bar/cafe downstairs that we did not know about. Fortunately, as mentioned, the room was very quiet,

The location could not be better. On the river and within walking distance of all the fun stuff to see as well as the train station. Room was clean and modern, comfy bed, excellent bathroom. It was surprisingly quiet, which was key because there was a ton of social life surrounding the hotel.
