I stayed for one night ,i was tired from flight and i wanted to sleep . One more time the housekeepings speaking so laud next to the door to each other.this is not the first time it was a big scandal at 8:30. They can make their job without screaming and respecting the guest privacy . I just wanted to sleep and. Heck out it's at 12:00. So bad for a very expensive hotel.

I stayed here many times and the bed it's really comfortable,also the view is spectacular.

Only thing wrong, tv didn’t work.

Very centrally located, easy to walk to just about anywhere. River trips, shopping, train station and buses are a short walk. Nice private patio that over looks the river.

Street noise is high... try to book a room not facing the street if possible.

Very dark decor (polished dark grey concrete walls in my attic room, including the shower cubicle), no proper restaurant. It's good basic accommodation, but pricey for this.

Location is good, close to trams and railway station. Close to numerous restaurants and the river. Interesting view of the rear street. Comfortable bed. Nice staff.

Room and shower a bit small but for short stay it was fine.

Great location. Close to train station and city center. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were small but clean. Good AC so we could close the window and block out the street noise.

Just fine for a few nights stay

Great location for the train and walk to the old town and lake. Above a cafe but could jot hear anything. Perfect for a night or two.

The bathroom is wet (after shower and stays wet afterwards). There is no good ventilation to help dry the bathroom floor.

The welcoming candy on the bed felt really welcoming. The location is perfect, near to train station and trams. The view facing the river is also perfect. The food street behind the building is a bonus!

No good ventilation for the bathroom, which is always wet. The shower room is not properly made to avoid water coming out from it therefore causing the floor outside shower room to be wet all the time.

I booked 2 rooms, asked for next to each other rooms. They give the room really next to each other which is perfect because I was travelling with my family. They also give you welcoming gift (caramel candy).

The rooms are good. We booked 2 room for our family. One of the room has good view to the river and spacious. Facilities are good even the room is equiped with AC which was just nice during end of Spring/early summer. The location is perfect close to main train station/tram and bus stop, restaurant and walking distance to Zurich Old Town and shopping area,

the toilet is small and the shower bit not comfy to shower in. its great for adults traveler for the location and the value for money for such a location, but not for travelers with young children. the entrance if the hotel is a restaurant and a bar a although my children loved it and enjoyed the free fruits. the staff at the reception are kind and cheerfully.

the location is amazing, close to the central train station and opposite to the lake. the staff are amazing, and provided a place to keep our luggage even after checkout. the room size is good and clean. the beds are comfy.
