The room is small very dark. We faced the smallest dingy alley. The bed is not comfortable. We couldn’t sleep till late into the night as people were partying and shouting outside.

Hotel is close to train station and on the river in Zurich. It has a bar on first floor with outside tables. Room is silent when window closed. Very updated. Breakfast was.continental but included yogurt, croissants and boiled eggs. Right next door to German and Chinese restaurants. I would stay here again guaranteed.

Our room was adjacent to a very, very noisy bar which kept us awake most of the night. Too bad since I requested a quiet room. Many repairs were needed and the tv’s did not work.

Excellent small hotel Riverside in Zurich center. Friendly and helpful receptionist and staff, lovely and great first impression of hotel. For context : our flight was delayed due to technical issues and we reached the hotel at 10:30 pm, however the staff stayed back and helped us with our check in. The location was central, beautiful and the surrounding atmosphere was great. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was a clean and stylish roomy with a great view of lake Zurich. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay.

Feels like 2 star. Very simple. Rugged room feeling with bare concrete walls, a stamp-size TV, that does not look as nice as on the pictures. For 240 Euros a night feels totally overpriced by normal standards...but then that is Zurich. Lift does not work 24 hours to ground floor so you might have to carry some luggage if you leave early.

Everything in the room worked and was reasonably clean. Location is fine.

1) there are renovated and unrenovated rooms. Please ask for a room change if you are given 1 with broken walls, mouldy toilets etc. 2) aircon is not serviced promptly and thus will breakdown. If you are there on a sunday, good luck! 3) when my a/c is down and asked for a room change, the staff claimed that there were no more rooms left... but, booking.com shows at least 2 similar avaliable rooms for the night. So much for service.

The only good thing is the location.

Offered as a “deluxe double room” in the description, this was a completely different experience in reality. Located under the roof, you can hear every streetcar passing by and there was a lot missing in the description of promised features or accessories. no recommendation! NOT available: a working TV (not in any room according to the statement), safe, sofa, wooden or parquet flooring, desk, telephone, ironing facilities, iron, radio, minibar, garden furniture (?), laptop safe, wardrobe, dining area, clothes rack or hanger, etc.

The only positive thing to emphasize is the real “city location” direly near the trail station und die relative Sauberkeit des Raumes.

We were on the top floor. The room was tiny. No room to open suitcases, no kettle to make tea or coffee. Water was dripping on our heads while sitting on the toilet. Has more of a backpackers hostel vibe.

The entire bathroom was covered in toxic black mould, it was everywhere and nothing like the image online showing a clean bathroom. I was absolutely disgusted and would never recommend staying here to anyone.

Things were clean, but there was a lot of mould all over the bathroom ceiling and the holes of the shower handle, it was quite disgusting.

I would NOT recommend the hotel Limmatblick as it is a rather run down building, far too expensive for it offers. The most disappointing thing was the window that faces a wall of the building in front, which is extremely close. This means that the room is very dark. In addition, the tine street below is used to store garbage and this create noises also during the night.

There is no way to heat hot water, which is fine for me but a little sad for my friends.

It was perfect service. The staff is very friendly and the transportation is very good. The staff will ask if you would like some free snacks. Although I will only stay here for one night, I will book this hotel again next time I have the chance.

Although the location was great, I was disappointed with the accommodation. I looked for a room for three guests, but I never imagined it would be a double bed and a mattress on the floor, as the description said three single beds. I found the check-in a bit confusing, but the employee was very friendly.
