Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

at the moment nothing to complain.
Clean, confortable and nice room. Everything working fine. Self Check-In is efficient and good to handle. Also the parking was easy and simple to book. The Staff was very helpfull.

The Fire Alarm was too sensitive and it went off one night .. too much chaos due to it. Apart from This no major issue. Hotel team should work on either removing the kitchenette or else easing up on fire alarm. With just boiling water the alarm should not go off. The fines mentioned on the stove top are too high, if the alarm rings.
All things great, good connectivity and amazing and helpful staff.

It a bit on the outskirts of the city. It well connected though. It’s 10 min by bus to the main train station and Europa square is 15 min walk where you have additional connection options.
Spacious and comfortable room. Well equipped kitchenette. Easy to reach from the highway.

It was cold, the heating control in the room did not work. There was a false fire alarm during our stay in the middle of the night.
Comfortabke bed, great bathroom, diffusor hairdrier, total blackout shaders, nice little kitchen. You can cast your movies on TV easily. WiFi is good and stable.

The fire alarm goes off too much. Both stays have had fire alarms. Come up with a better system.

That the gym is not in the building, just good to know beforehand .

Perhaps a little far from the centre but if you like a brisk 35 minute walk then not an issue. The free bus at the door was a bonus.
Easy check in process but the staff member working was very polite and helpful to assist and provide helpful information. Property presented clean tidy warm and comfortable.

Nice, clean room with the small kitchen area. Conveniently close bus stop. Self check-in didn't work, so had to call the property (make sure you have roaming or local sim card just in case), but staff was very helpful and resolved the issue in no time. Hopefully it was just one off. Overall good experience, would recommend.

It’s not in town, you have to take a free bus to get to it.
It’s very clean, has a tiny fully equipped kitchenette, right next to a grocery store to get supplies! Rooms are bright and pleasant, lobby has vending machines with snacks.

The pre-check-in process didn't work and the check-in terminals didn't work properly. Fortunately, the remote service team remedied this minor inconvenience in a very professional manner.
A functional hotel, without unnecessary fuss. The rooms are equipped with a practical kitchenette and a Nespresso machine .-)). State-of-the-art sports centre just a stone's throw away. Very well soundproofed rooms.

THE HOTEL WAS EASY TO FIND ON THE MAP BUT THE ROAD LEADING TO IT WASN'T VERY CLEAR. I NEEDED TO DRIVE AROUND THE AREA 2 TIMES UNTIL I FOUND THE "OFFICIAL" ENTRANCE ROAD.
BREAKFAST NOT APPLICABLE. CLEAN ROOM, SPACIOUS AND QUIET. I APPRECIATED THE KITCHENETTE VERY MUCH. I WAS HAPPY TO HAVE A PARKING SPACE NOT TOO FAR FROM THE HOTEL, UNDER THE BRIDGE - MY CAR WAS PROTECTED FROM THE FRESHLY FALLEN SNOW SO I HAD NO "CLEANING AND SCRAPING" TO DO.

It’s on the middle of an industrial area and for walking a dog wasn’t great.
It’s very easy to check-in and check out digitally. The complex is really well maintained and has everything you need. An Aldi is around the corner.
