we had an amazing stay here and am pleasantly surprised at how well equipped the mini kitchen was! location was perfect, the bus stop was within walking distance with a direct bus to the city centre and a super market nearby as well. the room was a comfortable size for 2 as well.

In Switzerland the plugs are different to Europe, however the room did not have usb charger facility so could not charge phones.

It was clean, comfortable and quiet, Although hotel is not near city centre the hotel arranged free bus travel with an APP, which was very helpful. Travelled into centre of Bern easily. Paid parking in underground car park good.

No reception desk so no visible staff to ask where I could park a motorbike. Used soap was left in the bathroom so clearly not cleaned thoroughly and the air conditioning wasn’t working.

The bed was comfy and the bathroom was a good size with good shower. Kitchen area worked well.

The position is not great, but it was very good having an Aldi store very close by.

Fully equipped kitchen apartment was terrific to enable self catering.

None of the digital checkin options worked. Had to speak to receptionist, who was friendly and helpful, I feel this would be the better option all the time. No need for the digital stuff. Didn’t appear to have air conditioning, or it wasn’t working so it was quite warm. All the electrical outlets were smaller than the ‘normal’ EU ones, so none of our adapters fit.

The room was a bit warm. There is a skateboard park next door which was a bit noisy but that stopped before bedtime.

The online check in was buggy so I had to do it all at the hotel. Fix the platform and this would be a perfect stay.

Nice new hotel with all the amenities. Parking available right on site. Nespresso coffee in the room. it also includes a free public transport ticket to take the bus into town, which was very convenient. would stay again.
