Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Singaporewe had an amazing stay here and am pleasantly surprised at how well equipped the mini kitchen was! location was perfect, the bus stop was within walking distance with a direct bus to the city centre and a super market nearby as well. the room was a comfortable size for 2 as well.

It was clean, comfortable and quiet, Although hotel is not near city centre the hotel arranged free bus travel with an APP, which was very helpful. Travelled into centre of Bern easily. Paid parking in underground car park good.

The bed was comfy and the bathroom was a good size with good shower. Kitchen area worked well.

United KingdomNone of the digital checkin options worked. Had to speak to receptionist, who was friendly and helpful, I feel this would be the better option all the time. No need for the digital stuff. Didn’t appear to have air conditioning, or it wasn’t working so it was quite warm. All the electrical outlets were smaller than the ‘normal’ EU ones, so none of our adapters fit.
Nice and clean, beds we’re comfortable, Smart TV was good.
