The hotel is located in a great position , close to the lake and the historical part of the town , near to the main train station. The staff were helpful and polite, and the breakfast was so varied . I recommend it !

It was great staying at Luzernhof. The location is perfect, very close to all the touristic places to visit. The room was very comfortable and clean, and you can have tee or coffee with a nespresso machine! The entrance could be renovated as it doesn’t match the modern rooms, but it doesn’t change the good service.

There is a bar downstairs, where smoking is allowed so when you enter or exit the hotel, the smell really hits you. I would say it’s a quite expensive for what it is, but I had a nice stay.

My room was upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. There is a restaurant but I did not use it. Convenient place to stay if travelling for work or studies.

All was good,

I had a single room which was simply and effecticely designed so that it felt open , with adequate storage .There was tea,/ coffee maker the room which was great.r The bathroom was bright and good size for a solo traveller. . There was no noise from .the street at night. The staff were pleasant abd polite. . I checked in early and as the room was ready I could move in straight away . The breakfast was a good, with freshly baked delicious bread.

Building not well insulated, the room got cold in the night and was not so pleasant. The windows have also a very poor sound insulation and we could hear traffic noise from the street. Breakfast offering minimal and the non-sweet selection was of poor quality.

Great location, central but not too busy. Interiors just renovated with style. Very friendly staff at the reception. Coffee machine with Nespresso capsule free for use directly in the room. Beds were comfortable enough to let us sleep well. Despite some problems (see below), good value for this price (120/night for a double).

Many reviews mention smoke from the bar downstairs. Yes, it does smell really bad at the reception which is next to this bar, but, fortunately, it did not reach my 6th floor room.

the location was perfect. The breakfast was okay not a lot of fresh stuff. the room was good except the furniture was not practical as you have a very small table in the room that doesn't fit a glass and a bottle. the room cleanliness was good except last two days they started cleaning very late during the day

On my last day I was sleeping early in the morning like 8 am and my door got open out of nowhere, it was quickly close up when they saw me sleeping, this disturbed me a lot since I was traveling alone and this is a for me a safety hazard. I went down to the reception and they couldn’t tell me why or how someone open the door, they said it was probably house keeping even tho there was no one in any of the halls at the time :/

The smell of smoke from the smoking lounge next to reception stinks up the entire hotel up to the top floor. The odor of the room spray (to counter act the smoke smell) is pretty terrible. Had to leave window open entire time of the stay.

Smell of the rooms, smell of the bed sheets. O started to have an allergy.

Excelent location. Rooms are modern and although the single room is small is just comfortable enough.
